Chapter 3

Lee Haneul - 6:29 AM

I was already getting ready and I went to the kitchen to eat breakfast.
I met Heeseung in the kitchen, sitting on the counter looking as fresh as a daisy.
While I looked like a dead corpse.
" Good morning Han-ie. " Heeseung greeted.
" Morning Hee. " I replied while getting a banana.

" Haneul-ah, dad needed to be early for work, He left already, he said we have to go to school on our own for now. " Heeseung said while munching on his cereal.
" Yeah I gu-" " Yah! Haneul! What is that?! " Heeseung suddenly yelled, startling me.
He pointed at my elbow and I sighed.

I raised my elbow showing my ripped sleeve with some bit of blood on the sides, and inside showing my already band-aid wound.
I didn't bother to clean my uniform, well cause I'm lazy.
" Geez you scared me, That's nothing Heeseung-oppa. " I replied, covering my elbow with my hand.
" Yah, I know that's blood, did someone did this to you? Is someone bullying you?! " Heeseung yelled.

" No, I told you yesterday I was skating in the park, at the park I fell and scraped my elbow. That's why It was bleeding. " I said, sipping on my cup of water. " Hmm, fine I believe you. " he crossed his arms. " But Haneul-ah you gotta be careful next time when you're skating okay? " Heeseung sighed.

" After you're done with breakfast, let's head out, let's take the bus. " Heeseung said, putting his bowl in the sink.
" Nah no thanks, I'll be skating to school today. " I replied.
" What? After me seeing that wound? No, we'll take the bus together. " Heeseung told me.
" what's the big deal over a small wound? I'll take care of myself, I promise. " I told Heeseung.

" Nope, please Haneul, come with me on the bus today, at least for today. " Heeseung said, crossing his arms. I sighed and just nodded.
" okay I'll go with you, but you owe me a bag of Doritos. " I placed my hand on my hips and puffed my chest, making a Superman pose.
Heeseung just laughed and nodded.
" Fine, now come on let's go, we don't want to be late. " He said and I took my bag and skateboard with me.

Lee Haneul - 10:47 AM

The class already started, and the teacher was already teaching. I was paying attention in class when suddenly Jungwon looked back at me. " Yah, is your elbow fine? " He randomly asked. I looked at him as if he was a stranger and I ignored him.

" Yah answer me. " He called to me. He kept bugging me and I got annoyed.
" Yah shut up, I'm paying attention in class can you keep quiet? " I snapped at him.
" not until you tell me how your elbow is doing. " He flashed a teasing smile.
I glared at him. " It's fine, now shut up. " I told him and glanced at the teacher.

I heard Jungwon chuckle,
" Whatever you say. " Jungwon turned to the teacher again.

I was still looking at the board, taking notes now and then. When suddenly a figure appeared outside, opening the door.
" Look! " a student pointed it out.
" Hyeon-ju? " the teacher spoke up and I tilted my head.

Who's Hyeon-ju?

Then suddenly the figure walked in and then fell on the ground. The students immediately stood up and looked at the girl, I assumed her name was Hyeon-ju.
I was surprised and I looked at her face, it was all bloody and her eyes was blood shot red.

My eyes widened, even though I didn't knew the girl, I was still scared and shocked.
" Students, Help me take Hyeon-ju to the nurses office. " the teacher said.
Three students, one girl and two boys, accompanied the teacher with the girl, and they were rushing her to the office.

Everyone was panicking on why the girl was all bloody and stuff.
Then Sunoo and Jake walked up to me.
" Yah Haneul, did you see what happened? " Sunoo asked a stupid question.
" what? Of course I saw it, I have eyes. " I sighed. " who was that girl? " I asked.

" Her name is Hyeon-ju, apparently she's been missing for 3 days, and no one knew where she was. " Jake replied.
" She said something earlier, when I was at the front, she said something. " Jake added.
" she was saying that the science teacher kidnapped her and inject something inside her. " Jake continued.

" What? The science teacher?! " Sunoo asked.
I just sat there listening to them cause I didn't knew what they were talking about.
Somehow the story goes like this,

Hyeon-ju was in some kind of group of students that bullies other students, and she and her group bullied this kid and the kid jumped to his death. And the kid was the Science teachers son. And both Jake and Sunoo think this is the science teachers revenge to Hyeon-ju and her group for killing his son.

The story is crazy, I know it and it's damn scary. I then got a text message from Heeseung and I read his message.

Heeseung
" Haneul-ah, four students and a teacher were running down the hallway, and the teacher seemed to be in class 2-5, in your class. One student was carrying a student on his back. Is everything okay there? "

Haneul
" don't worry Heeseung, everything is okay, I'm fine, and I'm safe. "

Heeseung
" phew good to hear that, I got worried thinking it was you that the student was carrying. "

Haneul
" stupid, why would you think that? I'm totally fine and safe, nothing to be worried about. "

Heeseung
" okay glad to hear that. "

Haneul
" I gotta go, I'll message you at lunch okay? "

Heeseung
" sure, sure. "

I turned my phone off and continued to listen to Sunoo and Jake gossiping.

Lee Haneul - 11:49 AM

It was already lunch and I was done eating with Sunoo and Jake. Right now I was heading to the exit and you know what I was about to do.

Yes, I'm skipping classes to skate.

I already texted Heeseung I was skipping classes and he totally went off of me, saying I shouldn't be doing this, but I didn't care and told him that I'll be fine. I told Jake and Sunoo about what I was doing also and they were surprised I was doing this but also told me good luck incase I got caught.

It was still lunch so it was perfect for me to go out, since the school guard will maybe be having his lunch right now.

I slowly walked to the side of the school gate to just jump over it, I took my bag with me and my skate, I was about to jump over the gate, when I heard screaming back at the building.

" what the fuck, did something happen? " I turned around to walk back to the building, my bag on my shoulder and I was holding my skateboard with me.
I was concerned cause the screaming startled me and made me worry.
I walked back to the front of the school and saw lots of students running around and screaming.

" what the actual fuck is going on? "
I looked at the building and windows were shattered and people were jumping out the window. Some of the students was all bloody and some students was biting other students flesh.

What the fuck is happening??!

Why are people going crazy?!

I was looking around, frozen and shock.
Then suddenly I saw a student running up to me. She was all bloody and her faced was fucked up. " don't come-" before I could finish my sentence. The student lunges at me causing both of us to fall on the ground.
My eyes widened at the student, she looked like one of those things in Train to Busan.

She was shaking me and wrestling me and j fought back too.

She then opened her mouth to my neck trying to bite it...
