Chapter 7

Lee Haneul - ( the next day )

Tired. I'm very tired. All of us are tired.

Two days with no food or water has made our lives more difficult. Everyone was tired and losing their energy, including me.
" Damn it we got to get the fuck out of here. " Hyun-wu spoke up. I stared at him and sighed. I also learned that Jungwon's other friend was named Ni-ki.

I stood up and walked to Jungwon, he looked at me and I sighed. " any plans? " I asked him.
" the only plan I have is what you made yesterday. " He said, showing a quite upset expression in his face.
" what if we go to every floor? And check classrooms that are empty? " Jiwon spoke up.

" Ahh, it will take all day, and much harder if there will be zombies chasing us. " Jungwon answered. " how about let's stick to the main plan? Go to the rooftop? " Sunoo said, looking around to see if any of us agreed.
" We could do that, but we don't know if the rooftop door is unlocked or not, if it's lock we're totally fucked up. " I answered Sunoo.
" But we don't fully know if it's unlock or not, we can try, right? " Do-hyeon said.

Ji-yun slowly raised her hand," I have a plan.. "
She said. " What? " Hyun-wu, being beside her, he asked. " We could find some phones or any other gadgets in the teachers office and we could ask for help. We could call someone, post on social media or just something. It could be useful right? " Ji-yun looked at us.

" We could do that, but who'll go to the teachers office? All of us can't go there is twelve of us. We'll attract more zombies if all of us go. " Jake added. " Rock, paper and scissors? " Ni-ki said, raising a fist showing it as a " Rock ".

" Where's the teachers office again? " I asked.
" it's on the fourth floor and maybe three rooms away from the left. " Sunoo answered. I nodded and walked to the window. I opened the window and placed my hip on the edge, letting my upper body completely out the window. " Yah, Haneul be careful. " Sunoo said and walked beside me.
I looked outside and saw how far the room was.

Can I handle it?

Will I be able to get there?

" What are you thinking? " Jay asked.
I closed the window and turned around to face the others.
" you all need to trust me, okay? It may sound crazy but let me tell y'all, don't disagree okay?" I looked at them. They all looked at each other as if knowing it will be a bad idea.
" Uh.. What is it? " Sunoo asked, beside me.

" Sunoo, you said the room is on the bottom floor right? " I looked at him, Sunoo was confused but he nodded slowly.
I took a deep breath and calmed myself.
" we have to decide who's going there, either one or two person has to go there. " Ni-ki spoke up.

" actually no need to decide. " I answered him and he tilted his head, confused.
" why-" " I'll be the one getting the phone's and what we need okay? " I added.
They all looked surprise and all of their eyes widened. " Woah, y'all looked at me as if I'm a zombie, chill. " I stared at them.

" Don't be crazy, Haneul, you don't have to risk it. " Jungwon crossed his arms.
" and are any one of you will volunteer to risk your lives? " I asked them and they went silent.
" exactly. I'm going there. " I walked to my bag and opened it, I paused and thought about it.
I took out my skateboard and took a cutter.
" are you gonna skate around the school now? " Jake asked.

I stood up, ignoring Jakes question and took my stick. I took the cutter and taped it to the end of my stick. I faced the others and showed them my skateboard and stick.
" I'm not skating, but I'll use it to bash their heads. " I told them, talking about my skateboard. " it makes a great weapon, you know? " I smiled.
