Friend2: You still alive?
Friend1: Harsh.
Friend2: Says the one who never text back.

Y/n: Hey!
Friend2: Now, y/n-ah?
Y/n: What?
Friend2: Let's bet on what (Friend1) gonna say.
Y/n: Prolly something about her going home or what.
Friend2: Yes yes.
Friend1: Damn y/n sure gets smarter.
Friend2: More like it's the only possible news we'll ever get.

Y/n: So what is it?
Friend1: I'm going back next week!
Friend2: Oh? Really?!
Y/n: Let's meet up!
Friend1: The only reason why I'm informing you guys is to ask for meet up -.-
Y/n: Choose the date and place
Friend1: Choose it!
Y/n: Nah, you choose. Or else you gonna be complaining again.

Y/n: Are we still going on that date?

Y/n: The one with Soobin oppa.
Yeonjun: I don't think so. Since he needs to bring his wife for monthly check up.

Yeonjun: Why? You have plans?
Y/n:*nod* Remember (Friend1)?
Yeonjun: Isn't she the one who got scholarship?
Y/n: Yep, and she is getting back next week.
Yeonjun: Alright, just tell me when and where.
Y/n: Why though?
Yeonjun: If possible I'll bring you there.
Y/n: Alright.

Y/n's groupchat keeps on popping new messages as her friends suggesting many places for their meet up. Ranging from cafes to karaokes. Starting from having lunch together to dinner. Basically every possible ideas for meeting up just keep on popping up.

They end up choosing karaoke after many and many discussions. Mostly because (Friend1) says that she has been wanting to visit one since.

Honestly, y/n is not a karaoke person. She just can't seem to enjoy it even with her friends. But, taking (Friend1)'s wish in thought, she just agree to it. Not wanting to disappoint her.

Y/n:*mumble* This better be a good idea.

Y/n: Junnie?
Yeonjun:*raised eyebrow* Junnie? Not Yeonjun or-
Y/n: Junniee
Yeonjun: Yes my baby princess?
Y/n:*confused* What with the nicknames?
Yeonjun:*blow a kiss* Just for you. What is it?
Y/n: Em, we are going to karaoke.
Yeonjun: Oh su- *realize* wait what?!
Y/n:*nervous chuckle* Y-ye-yeah.
Yeonjun: You know what gonna be my answer babe.

Y/n: Come on Junnie, please.
Yeonjun:*worried* You know what I'm worrying y/n-ah.
Y/n: I know but I am sure that they won't do so.
Yeonjun: I don't know lov-
Y/n: Please, this could be the last time I hang with them.
Yeonjun:*sigh* Alright alright, you can go. Just, please, promise me that if what I'm worrying happened, you won't keep it in your heart?
Y/n:*nod* Promise!

The reason why Yeonjun is so oppose at the fact that she is going to karaoke with her friends is not because he is protective over her (at least not over- protective). It's because she once fall deep into depression, it was so bad that she thought about ending it all.

She hated her voice so bad. Her voice is never the best, she can't reach neither the high note nor the low one in any song. It's almost as if she was tone deaf. Her school friends all would always tell how bad her voice sound, that even if it's only joke she will take it seriously.

She never share this to anyone, not even her parents. She just can't seem to be brave enough to share it. Yeonjun is the first, and the only one, that get to know this insecurity of hers. Yeonjun is the one who helps her out of the pitch black world and the one who encourage her.

He just doesn't want her to fall back to the same hole cause he knows how dark and scary that hole is. He really doesn't want that.

Y/n: I promise it's gonna be okay Junnie.
Yeonjun: Just- *sigh* tell me everything once you came back okay?
Y/n: Promise!
Yeonjun: I love you too much to see you broken again.
Y/n:*smile* I love you too Junnie.

Y/n: Hey hey.
Friend2: I'm tired already.
Y/n:*chuckle* Ditch her?
Friend1: Oi! It's me who is the guest today!
Friend2:*smirk* Yeah, let's do that.
Y/n: Bye bye (Friend1)!
Friend1: Remind me why we are friends again?
Friend2:*wink* Cause you love us.
Friend1:*rolled eyes* Only y/n not you.
Y/n: Well thank you!

As they arrive on their chosen place, they quickly catch on with each other. Asking pretty much about everything. How's their work's life is, love life, pretty much everything.

Friend1:*wiggle eyebrows* So, when will the wedding be held y/n-ie?
Y/n: What wedding?
Friend2:*wink* Yours of course.
Friend1:*smirk* I heard from a little bird that you guys even shared an apartment already.
Friend2:*nod* Yes yes.
Y/n:*blush* Shush.
Friend2: Its been awhile since I meet Yeonjun oppa actually, let's went on a triple date sometime.
Friend1: Oi! Mine is not here yet.
Y/n: Yet? He plans to come too?
Friend1: He said so, once he could finish his project.
Friend2: Ask him to come quicker than.
Friend1:*rolled eyes* As if it's that easy.
Friend2: Of course it is.

Y/n: Should we head there now?
Friend2: Sure.
Friend1: We are going to the karaoke we used to went to right?
Y/n:*nod* Yeah, plus that's the closest one.
Friend2: And the most pocket friendly.
