Today was my wedding with my now husband, Jiro. It was a big ceremony at the Temple of Time, everyone attended. Even the Gerudo Chief, Idalia, and her newborn daughter Urbosa. It was my first time meeting the little one.

My mother, however, chose not to come. She wanted to "prepare for the coronation", as she put it, but I was sure it was only because she didn't like Jiro.

Father was the one who arranged us because she decided not to do anything. And since he has passed, mother became unable to rule over Hyrule with proper dignity, so I was forced to marry and take the throne early.

Even as an eighteen year old, I'm better than she's ever been and will ever be.

This morning, we welcomed our daughter Amirah into the world. She's a blessing from the goddess herself, I'm sure.

Janelle has been so helpful with her all day while Jiro handles all of our work, and I can tell she loves her niece so much already. I find it quite hard not to, especially as her mother.

My mother came by to meet her as well, and for once, she seemed happy with something I had. It was the first time in years my mother actually spent time with Janelle and I.

I also invited my friend over, Lady Idalia, to come and meet her. She brought little Urbosa, who recently turned one, and even though they're both still so young, I could already tell they're going to get along wonderfully.

Late last night, after I had put Amirah to bed, Janelle returned home from one of her pursuits of the Yiga Clan, and she had a 'friend' with her.

His name was Sooga, and he was supposedly angry at his family. Janelle rescued him, and brought him here. She begged me to let him stay, and I only gave in.

Another thing I found out was her Triforce was corrupted while she was there, and she couldn't name who managed to do it. I tried to heal her, but the power was far too gone.

The only way I could save her was to have the power removed from her being completely. So, for anyone awoken by the noise at four in the morning, I must apologize to them.

My second child, _____, was born last week, and with her birthday being so close to her sister's, we joked with Amirah that she was an early seventh birthday present.

She began to get very distant from us, however, and I suspected it was because of her new sibling. But when I asked her, she told me it wasn't.

She went missing yesterday morning, and with report of a young girl being spotted traveling by the Dueling Peak's stables, I headed with my guards to find her.

I eventually reached Mount Lanayru, and found her necklace near the East Gate. She was in the water at the top, praying for her powers. She told me her grandmother had said she had to be stronger for her kingdom.

Was she forgetting my child was seven?

Amirah awakened her powers this recent weekend, and I could not be more proud of her. She's been training with _____, and well, she did play a part in her elder sister's awakening. So did I.

On another note, Jiro has finally up and left. He still promised Amirah and _____ to come by and visit, which I must respect. Though, Amirah seems to have little interest in his plan to return.

I know she loves her father, though ever since he decided to leave at all, she figured it was his way of escaping his family. _____ misses her father already, she's been asking me when he'll return.

But now my girls have headed to the Springs so Amirah could practice with her new power, and I did tell Amirah I would have her favorite desert ready when she arrived home, so I better get it prepared.

It's been a few weeks now since our last clash with the Yiga Clan, and now we're still recovering from all that happened while preparing for the Ceremony at the Temple of Time.

My mother's funeral was the day after Amirah and _____ got back, and maybe it wasn't what she deserved, but it was all we could afford to do with the mess.

Amirah went out training with Urbosa today, and despite what she had gone through, her Triforce was growing even stronger added with her years of wielding it.

I am going to head to the Temple of Time to prepare for the ceremony tomorrow, and also to pray for mine and my daughters' protection.

I shall write tomorrow when I return from the temple.
