I came home from the Yiga Clan early in an evening a few weeks ago, but I didn't let Kallora know I returned until later at night once Amirah was asleep and Jiro was busy.

This wasn't one of my regular excursions. I got caught up in a mess, damaged my Triforce and managed to somehow get out there without too much injury. But I also brought along a boy who was looking to leave.

Sooga, his name is, and we headed to find my sister to see if she could help with my Triforce. First she told me about the dangers I was in, and then she took me to the medics.

She said the only way to save my life was to remove my Triforce, and it was a painful process, but they managed to transfer the power into some device. They gave it some silly name, I don't even remember what it is.

But for now, I'm just glad my hand is finally healing.

About a week ago, I got to meet my little boy, Jack, for the first time. My husband and I came to stay at the castle so my family could meet him, and Kallora's been helping while I recover.

Amirah and _____ love their baby cousin, and Amirah told me she'd love to babysit anytime I needed help. They spent most of the day home with him.

Alexander had to leave early yesterday for an important meeting back home, but he promised to be back tomorrow. Hopefully in time for the dinner Kallora has planned.

I invited Sooga to come meet him as well, though I'm not sure if he will. I haven't heard from him in a few months.

Today was any other day I spent at the castle with my sister and nieces, having left Jack at home with his father for the weekend.

A letter came in from Chief Urbosa, and it was written to Amirah. Kallora told the messenger to read it since she figured it was business matters, and Amirah wasn't at the table.

Well, that letter mentioned a date they were planning on having and ended in the words "I love you", and Amirah rushed back in and snapped at her mother.

Later after dinner, I did go after her. I was right, if she chose to stay with Urbosa, the Hyrulean bloodline could suffer. We needed a king and a queen, and not someone who was also a chief.

Amirah must resent me by now, but it's for her own good I tell her this.

The Yiga Clan decided to attack us, and not only did they kidnap _____, they kidnapped Jack as well. Amirah managed to get in and rescue her sister, but we couldn't find Jack.

Sooga had him. After all these years, I thought we had been friends. But I was wrong. He's a traitor, just like the rest of his family.

I'm still trying to get in and find him, but Kallora keeps telling me the harder we fight, the more they'll challenge us. If we surrender now, they might return my son.

I've been waiting weeks, though. I'm ready to go back in and free him. My Jack. I pray that he's alright.

I was alerted that my sister was found severly injured at the temple of time early this morning, and I had to rush to the castle to see her.

By the time I got to the castle, I was informed that my sister had passed nearly an hour before I arrived. My heart shattered.

I went in to see Amirah, and I did my best to ease her into telling her. But it's hard when the news is still so sudden. She must've been assassinated, and I'm sure the Yiga were to blame.

She and _____ are devastated, and their father still hasn't returned. I want to stay with them and be the comfort they need, but it's even more difficult when it was just a few nights ago I discovered I was expecting my second child.

I wish this was all just a dream.

Amirah's wedding was this morning, and it's the first time I've seen the girls since their mother's funeral. She's so happy, I can tell, and even since their father only passed a year ago.

I'm proud of how strong they've been, and I know _____ will grow into a lovely young lady as well. She follows in the footsteps of her big sister, and always has.

They're on different paths regarding their abilities and strengths as warriors, but they still manage to help each other. I remember when I had a bond that close with my sister.

I brought Landon with me to see his cousins, but he's still so young, and he never really met them before. But they love him nonetheless.

I visited the castle again after some time, and I got to meet Amirah's little daughter, Zelda. She turned six yesterday, and we had a big party to celebrate for her.

_____ didn't even remember me when I came, not until she heard my name. She's grown up to be just as wonderful as her sister, and it still warms my heart to see how close they are.

Zelda is such a sweet young girl as well, and so cute! She reminds me of her mother when she was that age, the same precious smile. And Amirah's husband, Rhoam, has been very nice to me during my stay as well.

I'm happy to see that everyone has been doing so well. I hope to stay around more often now that I've been divorced and traveling with Landon a bit.

I got to see _____ for the first time today in a few years, since her wedding with Revali. It's been difficult for her, especially since her sister passed about six years ago. But she's doing better.

She has a one year old daughter, Amalia, who I got to meet when I visited with Rhoam, Zelda and Urbosa this week. She's got her mother's eyes and father's smile.

She told me she's glad Nolan finally decided to leave her alone, and I can tell Revali is just as happy. They finally get to have some peace in their lives.

I hope now we can all learn to live as a family again, and stay as close as we were all of those years ago. Well, with some resolved conflicts as well.
