I DONT OWN HTTYD...
The gang and I were all down at the dock, waiting for Trader Johann to arrive. I still don't get why they get so excited to see this guy. If you want some stuff, go out and fetch it yourself. "Trader Johann is here!" Fishlegs cheered as Johann pulled up. As soon as a plank was lowered, Fishlegs ran up. "Johann, Shmohan. That guy never lets me touch anything of his cool stuff." Snotlout grumbled. Hiccup and I walked over to him, since our hands were intertwined. "Because that last time he came, you broke half of his stuff." I told the boy as Hiccup dragged me to the boat. "My word against his." Snotlout proclaimed. "Ah, Berk. The crown jewel of the entire archipelago." Johann greeted. Crystal was on the dock with Toothless, she still didn't want to be around this guy. "Over here, Trader Johann!" Fishlegs got the sailor's attention. Astrid walked up next to me to see what Johann had. "What'd you bring this time?" Fishlegs asked with excitement. "Many wonderful things, Mr. Fishlegs." Johann then held up two pearl earrings. "The Pearls of Dyngja, would make a wonderful gift for that little lady in your life." Johann spoke that last part directly at Hiccup. It spread all over Berk pretty quickly that we were dating now. "You know," I nearly jumped when I heard Snotlout's voice from behind me. "Those could be yours, Astrid. Just say the word." I felt so bad for her. Astrid just crossed her arms with disgust. "Yuck!" She told him and walked away. Snotlout complained saying it wasn't the word and I just rolled my eyes. Hiccup and I continued looking around when I spotted something. I let go of my lover's hand and walked over to the crate with a chest on it. "What is it, Selene?" Hiccup asked me. I picked up the chest and found a familiar symbol.

It was the same symbol as the one on my sword. "How did Johann get this?" I asked mostly myself. I glanced over my shoulder and saw Hiccup with wide eyes seeing the familiar symbol. "Let's trade for it, and we'll see what is inside it." I nodded at him and walked over to Johann. "What can I get for this, Johann?" I asked the Sailor. "That is an item I haven't been able to trade for some time now. I'll let you have it for free since you and your sister have helped me so many times." I was surprised that I was getting this for free. "Thank you so much, Johann. I really appreciate it." I told him and he smiled at me. I waved goodbye to the sailor and decided to go back home. I ran right past Crystal who quickly caught up. "What's got you in such a cheerful mood?" She asked me. "Tell you later." I told her as we got closer to the house. As soon as we entered, we bolted upstairs. I sat on my bed with the chest in my lap. "That's the same symbol that's on your sword." Crystal told me and she did her smile. "Yeah, finally a clue to who I am." I smiled at her and hugged her out of excitement. I tried opening the chest, but it was locked. "There wasn't a key with the chest either." I groaned in frustration and fell back on my bed. "We'll figure this out, it's getting late. Why don't we both get some sleep, then we can worry about it tomorrow?" Crystal asked me and I nodded my head and put the chest in a box in the corner. "Thanks, Crystal. You're the best." I told her. She nuzzled into me before going over to her rock. I got back in bed, pulled the covers and fell asleep. The next morning, Hiccup, the Furies and I were walking down to the plaza, and Hiccup was telling me that Tuffnut got attracted to a mace and named it Macey. "That is not surprising, disturbing, yes, but surprising, no." I told him and he just chuckled. "I had those ladles when I went to sleep, and now they're gone." We heard a woman tell a man. "My grandmother's goblets are also gone." The man told her. "What did we walk into." I asked. "Something weird, apparently." Crystal and Toothless spoke in unison. As we walked towards. The gang, we heard that other items were also stolen last night. "What is going on here?" Hiccup and I asked in unison. "A bunch of stuff got stolen from the village last night." Snotlout told us with his arms crossed. "And some of us are taking it pretty hard." Astrid told us as our gazes turned to Tuffnut who was weeping over his lost Mace. I just decided to ignore him and focus on the bigger picture, then came the Chief. "We have quite the situation here. Axes, helmets, drinking goblets, all stolen." Stoick told us. "The only thing they have in common is that they're all metallic." I told the others. "Everything we own, Selene, is metallic." Astrid told me. "Touché, but work with me." I told her and she nodded her head in understanding. Tuffnut was still weeping in the background and I just sighed. "Whatever is going on, I need to find whose responsible before the panic rises." Stoick told us, then Gobber ran over with a frantic look on his face. "Stoick! Bucket and Mulch are slapping each other with sturgeons." Gobber told us. We all looked past him and saw the two with sturgeons in their hands, slapping each other. "What happened to their bludgeons?" I asked the blacksmith. "Stolen, hence the sturgeons." Gobber told me. "In some ways that is better." Stoick added. "Dad, why don't you go and resolve the sturgeon slapping while Selene, Astrid and I do a little investigating." Hiccup told his father. Stoick nodded his head and walked away.
