Selene is a girl who never knew her parents. She grew up with dragons including her best friend Crystal the light fury. When they meet Hiccup and Toothless their lives become one big adventure. Will Selene and Hiccup fall in love?

What Selene looks like 3rd POV
It was a cold night. A little girl around the age of three had been wandering around an island full of dragons. The little girl was an orphan, she never knew her parents. When dragons found the girl she was only a tiny baby. They took her in and raised her. She had a best friend and she couldn't have asked for more. Her best friend was a Light Fury she named Crystal. The little girl's name was Selene. Selene could somewhat speak dragon, but she mostly could tell how they were feeling by their movements. Even though she was raised by dragons, she could read and write and speak like a human should. Sometimes she would accompany the dragons on their raids and take some books and writing utensils to use. She was also an excellent artist.
Selene and Crystal were like sisters. Crystal never met her family either. They did everything together. Swam together, ate together and even slept together. They can't imagine what they would do without the other. As the years passed, Selene became more adventurous and even though it didn't matter to her she became beautiful. She wanted to meet at least one human, but they had to be friends with dragons since she grew up with dragons.
Selene also wanted to help Crystal meet another Fury like her. She had heard about an island that had made peace with the dragons. It was called Berk. How she found out, a monstrous nightmare, a gronckle, and a few Nadders told her about Berk. They also said that there was a Night Fury living on Berk, Selene took that as a good sign. She could help her 'sister' find another Fury.
That night, Selene and Crystal got ready to embark on their journey. It would be a while to get there since the island they lived on is on the very edge of the archipelago. "Alright Crystal, shall we take off girl?" Crystal cooed at her 'sister' as a yes. Selene nodded and as she was about to climb on Crystal's back, she felt a tug at her pant leg. It was a changewing hatchling named Camo. 'Idon'twantyoutoleave.' Selene gave a small smile to the little one and knelt down and pet him. "I know, I will miss you to. But if there really is a place that has made peace with us, I need to know. Stay here and listen to your mother." Camo nodded and he ran back into the forest. Selene jumped onto Crystal's back and the pair took off into the night sky.
