Chapter 5-Twinsanity

Selene's POV
The gang and I were practicing listening to our dragons. Hiccup decided to do this exercise in the clouds. "How are we supposed to set up here?" Ruffnut asked us, Hiccup and I flew so we were closer to the twins. "You're not. That's the whole point." Hiccup told them. "Oh. No, I still don't get it." Tuffnut said. "When you can't see, you have to trust Barf and Belch to see for you, like this." Hiccup and I flew into the clouds so we could listen to our dragons. I then heard a crash and flew out of the clouds to see the twins and Fishlegs in a tree.

"Leave it to those two numb skulls to crash into someone else." Crystal told me and I laughed. The twins told Barf and Belch to do what they wanted, but Ruffnut wanted Barf to go for help while Tuffnut wanted Belch to get him down. So the Zippleback went spiraling out of control. I then heard a whistle and Fishlegs was doing hand signals to Meatlug. "That's smart, but we already have hand signals. Right sis?" I nodded and scratched her head. I heard Fishlegs scream, but luckily Hiccup and Toothless caught him. I also saw Meatlug carrying the twins. Hiccup then told us to go to the academy to practice hand signals.

I decided to bring in some fish for the dragons, since they were probably hungry. "Ok guys, I brought food for the dragons." All the dragons rushed over to get something to eat. Hiccup and Toothless then started to practice, Hiccup had a shield. "Toothless, Battle ready." Hiccup made a fist and Toothless did his battle ready. "Toothless, Plasma Blast." Hiccu pointed his finger down and threw the shield in the air, Toothless blasted it. "Good job bud. Smile." Hiccup traced his mouth into a smile and Toothless tried to copy him. "Interesting." I told him. "What are yours?" Hiccup asked me. So Crystal and I got ready. "Crystal plasma blast!" I took my hand and put it by my mouth and acted a blast, Crystal did a plasma blast at the barrels behind Snotlout and hit them. "Crystal, cloak!" I put my hands over my eyes and Crystal activated her cloaking ability. "Cool. Stormfly, spine shot!" Astrid threw her arms forwards and Stormfly did her spine attack.

One of her spines got a little to close to Astrid's foot. "We'll, that's better than last time." Astrid pulled the spine from her boot. Snotlout was just laughing. "Hookfang, annihilate!" Snotlout threw one arm down and his dragon fired a flamethrower like attack and sent his rider flying into a barricade. "Bullseye." Tuffnut said. "Meatlug, hug." Fishlegs wrapped his arms around himself and Meatlug went barreling into her rider. "That's cool. Ruffnut, and Tuffnut your guys' turn." I told them. The twins smiled and faced their dragon. Tuff told Belch to come, but Ruff told Barf to go. The result was the Zippleback hitting their heads. The twins scowled at each other and tried again. Tuff pointed to the ground and Ruff pointed to the sky. Bark tried to go up, but got pulled back down. "Ah! I win!" Tuff said. "What do you think you're doing to my dragon?" Ruff asked her brother with anger laced in her voice.

"Your dragon? Puh-lease. You've been breathing in Barf's gas again." Ruff and Tuff smacked their heads together. "Guys, guys. Barf and Belch is one dragon. You have to use one signal at a time." Hiccup told the twins. "No kidding." Toothless and Crystal said in unison. Tuff was staring to walk away when Ruff decided to have fun. "Goo idea. Barf, attack Tuffnut." And Barf tackled his head at the male twin and Tuffnut landed on Snotlout. "Ruff, really?" I asked her and she just smirked. Tuff then closed his hand. "Belch, eat Ruffnut." Belch then took Ruffnut into his mouth. "Uh, ow." Ruff muttered. "Tuff, let her go." I told him. "Whatever. Belch, drop Ruffnut." And the dragon let the girl go. "I can't work like this." Ruffnut muttered. "It's completely unprofessional." Tuff said as he finally stood up. "I'm taking my dragon and going home." Tuff didn't like that answer.

"You touch that dragon, and I'll-" Tuff didnt' get a chance to finish. "You'll what?" Ruff asked her brother and he couldn't find a good answer. "I- I don't know. Don't rush me. Just- I'll tell you tomorrow." The twins then tried pulling their part of the dragon with them. "Oh, come on, Barf." "This hurts!" Barf yelled. "Mine is piling on my jaw!" Belch spoke. "Guys, come on. Stop. Leave the dragon out of it. It's over." Hiccup tried to tell the twins. The twins let the dragon go and walked away in different directions. Crystal and I just liked at each other with a worried look. "What was that about?" Astrid asked me. "They'll be back." Hiccup told her. Barf and Belch were now biting at each other. Hiccup and I decided to go back to the house and take a break, we got there and Gobber was trying to put a belt on Stoick. "Ah, the ceremonial belt. Is it that time again?" Hiccup asked his father. I just looked at the dragons with a confused look and they gave me one back.
