Straus and Red wake up in a white void, sitting back-to-back.
"Red...?"
"Straus-! I'm sorry, I tried..."
"Hey, it's no problem. After all, I kinda followed suit."
"So...is this where people are sent when they're forced to sleep?"
"I guess...we're stuck... This sucks."
"Ditto...if it's any consolation, I've enjoyed being with you, no matter the situation."
"Mm-hm."
Meanwhile, on the outside, the dangerous man returns to his base. He hops out of his mech and commands it to move Straus and Red elsewhere.
"Mech, bring these creatures to where they belong, with that other one. I'll figure out what to do with them later." The mech does as it's told and brings them to a secluded holding cell, placing them next to another man who is also bound in chains.
Just then, within their shared dream, Red and Straus hear a voice, "There are other people here? It's been a while since I've seen some friendly faces." Straus perks up, "Eh-?" He and Red stand up, and see a man with long, raven black hair, wearing a black and yellow suit, with piercing eyes that have black scleras. "Another Black Eyed Child?", Straus asks aloud, "Who are you?"
"Oh- well, my name is Zeus. How 'bout you kids?"
Straus' whole body jolts, causing him to take a shaky step back as Red's eyes widen.
"Dad...?"
"Huh-?", Zeus shakes his head with confusion.
Red jumps with excitement, "This is your son, Straus! Him, Pandora, me, and a few others came to find you!"
Zeus shoots up to his feet as fast as lightning, "Woah- wait- Pandora's here? She's still around...! And you- you're... my son! My Zero!"
"Wh-? But- my name is Straus?", he says, looking at his father with a twinge of concern.
"Ah, Straus... that's the name your mother wanted... I suppose it's only natural, it wasn't right for me to leave her so suddenly...but, my favorite devil...! She's still here... I knew she could pull through! Hey kids, I'll tell you what, we're gonna get out of this together. I've been cooped up here for far too long, and it hasn't been fun. Gimme your hands!" Straus and Red do so, and outside of the shared dream, the three begin to glow with a warm light.
