No one's POV

"Shindou, there's a letter for you." A pink-haired boy held up an envelope. Shindou raised a brow. Kirino handed the envelope to him and sat down beside him.

"It doesn't seem like it's from the post office.." Shindou muttered.

"They must've slipped it through the door." Kirino said. Shindou opened the envelope and pulled out the piece of paper inside. He unfolded it and analysed the writing.

"The handwriting looks familiar.." Shindou said. Kirino shrugged. Shindou then began to read the letter.

Dear Shindou Takuto,

Currently, I'm writing this on my desk at 4pm. I just woke up from a nap and I'm really sweaty, I don't understand why that happens when I wake up from naps! Apparently it's a universal thing though, so maybe one of those people, who also happens to suffer from the same thing, knows why it's happens. Anyways, how's everything going? Y'know, school and stuff! Do you still play soccer, even after you played for Earth Eleven? Man, I loved that team soooo much!  Especially our match against Sazanaara. Either way, my love for Earth Eleven isn't as much as I love Raimon though, they'll always be my favourite. Just like how you're my favourite player!

Shindou stopped reading the letter and shared a confused look with Kirino.

"Who even is this?" Shindou asked.

"They must've played for the team, or maybe they were a manager." Kirino said. "Look, they must've been there when you guys were saving the galaxy since they knew about Earth Eleven and one of the teams you played against." He pointed to the part of the letter they had just read.

"True.." Shindou muttered. They continued to read the letter.

Do you still have that bracelet I gave you? I really hope you do, it means a lot to me, that's why I gave it to you. I know your not the type to loose things so easily! Ooo! That reminds me, wanna meet up soon? How about... tomorrow! Meet me at the riverbank, the one coach showed to us. It's a really beautiful place, don't you think? Let's meet there at 2pm. Thanks for reading this!

From, L/n Y/n.

Shindou blinked a couple of times and bit the inside of his cheek. Kirino took the paper from his hand and read who it was from.

"Y/n.." Kirino muttered. He then looked at Shindou, who was smiling.

"She remembers me! Y/n just dropped off this letter, so she shouldn't be too far away! Let's go find her." Shindou said, standing up quickly. He was heading for the door when Kirino grabbed his wrist. "Huh? What's wrong, Kirino?"

"Shindou.. this couldn't have been from Y/n.." Kirino muttered, glaring at the paper.

"Why?" Shindou asked, slightly confused.

"Y/n died two months ago, remember?"

I might make a part 2 on where Shindou actually goes to the riverbank to see who is actually waiting there for him.
