I told them both everything. They hugged me hard until I stopped crying. This hurts and I miss Cam, I really do. Maybe I should talk to him and understand why.
No.
I already gave him too many chances.
"Let's get to class." Tori took my hand and pulled me towards homeroom.
I closed my eyes to wipe them and bumped into someone.
"Sorry."
My eyes snapped open to the voice that apologized and I froze, staring at him.
Two of them, actually.
Cameron's eyes had dark bags around them and his face looked like he had been hit with a truck.
I was immediately clouded with guilt and I shouldn't be.
We stared at each other and the guy with him surprised me.
Luke.
I didn't know they were even close to being friends.
Tori and Theresa just stood off to the side, watching the situation.
"Hey." I muttered, the greeting coming out gargled.
I cleared my throat and he answered back. "Hi."
I nodded and went to ask him about what happened but thought against it. I'm done. I should be done with him and not care anymore. I'm a teenager. We go through relationships like kids and toys.
But this relationship was special and it meant something to me.
Ugh.
I made an executive decision and walked straight.
Tori and Ter eventually caught up and didn't say a word.
I dared to glance back at Cameron and he was turned around, watching me as I walked away.
I need to get over him. I need to start something new.

Classes were boring. Lunch was boring. I felt like an emotionless wreck today. Yes, emotionless. I don't feel anything.
I sighed and changed into my clothes for the game. Yes the good ole soccer game. I almost forgot about it with all the drama I've been in.
"Come on we are going to dominate!" Lucy encouraged me.
I smiled at her but I wasn't in any type of enthusiastic mood.
"Hey I heard about what Sam did that sucks." Olivia chirped in, following us out of the locker room.
It was a home game so we didn't have to travel anywhere.
"Uh yeah I didn't expect it."
"Wait what happened?" Lucy asked.
How could she not know?
"Sam kind of forced himself on me." I answered before Olivia did.
"Oh I'm sorry bae." Lucy said, hugging my arm.
"It's okay."
"Warm up girls!" Coach called.
We went over to warm up. People began to fill the bleachers and the soccer team we were facing showed up. I watched them practice as we practiced. They weren't that good. Today was varsity and junior varsity is tomorrow so yes, I made varsity.
"They aren't that good." Olivia said, answering my thoughts.
"Yeah I remember how we dominated them last year but I was on junior varsity." Lucy added.
