Xiao Sha should be out in the field. She was meant to be covering a female tennis tournament. She had been looking forward to it when she saw Lu Zhilan on the list of athletes. It was a shame that the rain ruined those arrangements. At least in the meantime, she could try and find some information on her.

Her background had to be quite impressive, right? The girl came from a gifted family. Even Yu Qing's Captain, Mu Siyang, had praised her. But where would she start? She stared at her computer screen for several minutes. Finally, she typed her name into the search bar, and an article appeared. It was from years ago with a photo attached. A little girl was held up by a man. Sha Sha scrolled through and read the caption aloud.

"'Up and comer, Lu Xiangliang with his young daughter, Lu Zhilan.' Hmm...I've heard this name before."

She started to read the article from the beginning and took notes.

Zhilan sighed as she looked out the classroom window. She watched as the rain softly fell down.

"Can you please cheer up? Seeing you like this depresses me." Jinhai complained.

She crumbled up a piece of paper and threw it at his head.

"Well, that was impolite."

"Oh, please. She could have thrown a textbook at you instead." Mingzhu interjected.

"No, that's more your style."

"That is true." She agreed.

Jinhai hummed. "So, Zhilan, why are you so gloomy? Guy troubles?"

She scoffed. "Yeah, right. That's the least of my problems."

"Oh, yeah? That sounds about right. Mu Siyang always treats you nicely."

Zhilan paused. "What are you talking about?"

"Aren't you and him a couple?"

"What? Where did you get that idea?"

"You're kidding, right?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

She just stared at him blankly.

"You always spend so much time together. He doesn't move unless you do. Or you don't unless he does. It's rare when you're by yourself. Like right now."

"It's not like that. Also, he had something to do at the tennis club office. That's why he's not here."

"You even know what he's doing? Tell me that's not couple behavior."
