Noah's pov:
We talked about some stuff then we headed to our first classes. Dixie was sitting next to me the whole time , she always lay her head on my shoulder or play with my fingers , which I found it really adorable. Now we just finished out physics class and we're heading to the cafeteria.

D: I hate physics
N: same
D: it's really annoying and I'm not gonna use it in college
N: what do you wanna study in college?
D: idk , I just wanna go there to stay away from my parents. Idc about what I study.
N: I promise you you'll get away from these people.
D: and you're gonna help me with that , right ?
N: ofc I am.
D: ( smiles and holds his finger )
N: just hold my whole hand , why only my finger ?
D: bc your hand is so big compared to mine , your finger is enough ( giggles )
N: you're cute
D: ( blushes ) thanks

We went to the cafeteria and got our food , then we sat in an empty table , bc we used to sit in our usual table with Amelie and Addison. But now we don't want to make problems so we sat in an another table. We started eating them Sophie came up to us with her food and we all ate together.

S: what are y'all gonna do after school ?
D: probably get beaten up by my parents
N: hey don't say that ! You're not going to your house after school, you're coming with me.
D: I want to but yk how my parents are , they hate if I'm late to something .
S: tomorrow's your birthday dix ! Are you excited?
D: t-tomorrow?
S: yes it's tomorrow, what's wrong ?
D: no no no no no no ! ( starts crying)
N: woah what's wrong ?
D: m-my dad always rape me in my birthday, he always do but in my birthday, he do it really hard and for hours . He thinks that I enjoy it , and he says that it's my birthday present.
N: such a freak
S: Dixie why don't you film him and go to the police station?
D: you think I haven't tried ? I did and he saw the camera and cut my arms.
N: look, I'll get you a camera and put it in the corners in your room . It will film everything that they do to you . We'll take the camera and show it to the police officers, then they'll be in jail and you're gonna be happy forever
D: I did all that but nothing worked !! They know every move I do . That won't help !
N: we'll find a solution for that , dw.
D: ( wipes her tears )
N: ( puts his arm around her and pulls her closer to him )
D: ( lays her head on his chest)
S: awwww so cute !
D: we're friends Sophie
S: ik but still .
D: ( holds Noah's finger under the table )
N: ( rubs her hand )
S: ik y'all are holding hands under the table ( smirks )
D: I'm not holding his hand
N: she's right
S: mmmm sure

We finished eating when the bell rang so we went to our next classes.

In the biology class

D: ( focusing with the teacher )
N: ( stares at Dixie )
D: ( notices him ) what ?
N: you're incredibly beautiful...wow
D: ( blushes ) thanks
N: yeah you're welcome ( still staring at her )
D: ( giggles ) can you stop looking at me now ?
N: ( still staring )
D: Noah !
N: huh ? What ?
D: I said stop staring ( smiles ) I wanna focus with the teacher
N: and I'll focus on your face
D: ( giggles ) gosh ( smiles and focus on the teacher )
