I was currently sat in one of the 20 seat limos my family owned as I was on my way to True Cross. School doesn't officially start until next week but seeing as Im training to be a exorcist, I start early. Anxiety curled in my stomach as we drove closer, but I ignored it. I had to be strong for Yuuji. I had to make him pround of me.
The limo finally came to a stop after what felt like an eternity. My driver opened the door for me and I grabbed his hand as I got out. This was it. My brand new start to my brand new life.Hopefully...
"l/n" or maybe not as someone greeted me with my family name. guess new beginnings dont exist... I turned to greet them. Infront of me was a tall, purple haired man. Though he wasn't really a man but a demon, usually I'd exorcist him but the Order seems to trust him so I'll let it slide just this once. Not that that mean I trust him though. "Welcome L/n! I'm pleased to see you arrived safely. Tell me, how is your family"
"Fine", I glared at him, telling him via sending daggers out of at my eyes thet the conversation was over.I dint want to talk about my, well they weren't really a true family, except for Yuuji...
"I'll take care of you're bags, L/n. By the way, would you like me to show you around?", he smiled creepily. This is why I didn't trust demons, no matter what they looked like of the outside, their trust intentions will always shine through. This is one of the only useful thing meh family taught me.
"Ill be fine on my own ok. thanks.." I walked off without waiting for a reply. it was true, I was always fine on my own... I had to be.
I strolled through the hals of True cross. To say it was extravagant was an understatement, but I couldn't help feel as though it was a waste of money. I though of the people starving to death and wondered what they would think od this rich kid academy. it was so unnecessary... I wish I could help people like Eva smith, an old friend of mine when me family banished me to study in London in English. (A/N I'm speaking from real experiences here guys, pls dont hate that I've used Y/n as a mouthpiece for my views)
As I round the corner, I bumped into a wall, upon further inspection, I found it was a wall of... muscle? I looked up and found myself staring into blue orbs.
"Are you ok?", He held out his hand to help me up. I didn't take it though because I didn't trust him.
"I'm fine. Just watch were your going" I spat out as I shoved passed him and used my key to get to cram schol.

(Also, inflation is real, I'm writing this in a Starbucks while it is RAINING down and everyone keeps looking over like I'm a freak, but I'm just misunderstood... these rich 'people' dont understand what its like to haven to pay an extra 10p for crisps and a whole extra 40p fro a hot chocolate with creme!!!)
