"Argh!" Katsukis gruff voice echoes in frustration, putting his elbows on the table filled with their scattered possessions of paper and pencil so he could support his head with his hands. He breathes in a long huff tha blows over the papers, letting them flutter in place before they settle again.

"It's been a day and we still have no Idea what we're looking for in these damned mountains." Katsuki says. He sees Izuku open his mouth and he immediately brings a hand up to stop him.

"And if you say 'dragons' I will strangle you in this very spot." Izuku closes his mouth but his cheeks grow as air collects inside to form a pout, accompanied by furrowed brows and crossing his arms in anger.

"You're being unreasonable. You won't find anything but the mountain inhabitants in Upside Guillotine! I don't understand what else you expect to find considering no man has set foot there and survived to be able to put anything of value. Not a single secret treasure or an ancient archaic relic that has a man's touch." Izuku argues with a slight rise in his voice, clearly irritated and Katsuki glares at him but says nothing.

Because, in retrospect, Izuku is right.

Considering that the Upside Guillotine is the current 'Death Peak' on today's maps, no one is able to scale any further than halfway before death comes to haunt whoever dares take another step forward. If this were the case, then no one is able to bury or hide anything there without dying, meaning that there would be no such ingredient katsukis oracle describes.

He thinks that it would be a kind of vegetation, a plant or herb that he needs, but the peaks of those mountains are nothing but snow and marble. It's too cold for anything to survive, none the less adapt.

Still, If it's not an herb or a relic, then what in the world is up there that the oracle says he needs?

"And by inhabitants you mean-"

"Dragons." Izuku states, eyebrows still furrowed.

"Right." Katsuki sighs and lays his head down on the table.

"I'm being serious!" Izuku shouts, a little too loud for comfort.

"And I am too, Izuku." Katsuki snaps as he looks up to face the boy, glaring. "And we're not even considering the fact that going to this mountain ourselves is a suicide mission. Do you know that people purposefully go there to end their life? Why do you think the name changed in the years to a name like 'death peak'?" Katsuki asks, rhetorically, but Izuku opens his mouth to answer.

"The mountains were called Upside Guillotine for a reason too. They replaced the guillotine punishment by sending criminals to these mountains and leaving them tied and naked to freeze. But each time they would come back to retrieve the body, all they find is an empty pocket of snow and barely there craters." He says and Katsuki can only listen.

"You say that the name changed and that people go up these mountains to either end their life or challenge nature. But do their bodies still remain? For the people that only wish to go far enough before coming back down, do they mention the fact that no bone or skin remain or human belongings during their trek? Or do they come back empty handed and cold?" Izuku finishes and Katsuki finds himself unable to answer.
