~Time Jump (slight)~

~Percy's POV~

I woke up earlier than Mira on purpose. Today is her birthday and I have to make sure everything is perfect. Mum helped me make breakfast for her and she got the rest of the family up and ready to leave for Greece as soon as she gets up. When everyone else is ready I take the breakfast tray upstairs and when I open my bedroom door Mira is already awake and in the shower. I write a little note next to her breakfast that tells her to come downstairs when she's done. I go downstairs and eat breakfast with my family and by the time we're all done eating and cleaning up I hear her angelic voice.

"Perc? What is all this nonsense about?"

"SURPRISE!"

She reaches the bottom of the stairs and sees us all dressed and ready to go with a big 'Happy Birthday' sign behind us. I walk up to my gorgeous girl and give her a kiss.

"Happy 17th birthday darling."

She thanks me and hugs the rest of the family.

"So is there a plan for the day today?"

"Actually deary, we have planned to spend the day somewhere you've always wanted to go and that's where all your presents are."

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

We group up to apparate and our wizarding hotel in Greece and when Mirabella opens her eyes from the apparition she gasps loudly.

"Are you serious? Are we in Greece?"

I nod at her and she hugs me super tightly.

"Oh my gosh, this is so amazing. I want to see everything."

"That's why we have a hotel. We can spend as long as you want here exploring and enjoying yourself."

I hadn't seen Mira this happy in such a long time and honestly it made me happy. I watched her excitement as she looked around our amazing hotel and asked about our bags and things like that.

"Percy packed you both bags to last you as long as you need. The rest of the family will leave tomorrow since Bill has to work. Percy will stay with you here in Greece after today."

Mirabella hugged Mum and she looked at my beautiful girlfriend.

"What do you want to do first?"

"I want to visit Athens first."

"Well you're in luck because that's where the hotel is."

We all laugh at Mira's excitement and we spend the better part of the day exploring Athens. After Mira saw everything she wanted to we went back to the hotel and Mira opened all her presents. I went first and gave her the anklet I found in Egypt and she was so happy with it. Mum and dad got Mira some dresses made from a sweet Egyptian lady. The twins got Mira some sphinx figurines that played with each other. Ron and Ginny went in together to get Mira a book on ancient history. Charlie got Mira a dragon scale hair pin. Bill got Mira a headband that is almost identical to the one that Cleopatra is drawn to wear in the ancient hieroglyphs. Mira was so happy and I'm so glad that I made her golden birthday a good one.
