I woke up the next morning with Percy and quietly got out of bed to get ready for the day. I put on a pair of khaki shorts with a lavender tank top. After I got dressed I started applying a minimal amount of makeup and I styled my hair into a side braid to keep it off my neck. I came out of the bathroom attached to Percy's room and I found Percy in the middle of getting dressed. Meaning the boy was shirtless and pulling his shorts on. I immediately started apologizing and covered my eyes so I wouldn't see anything that I wasn't supposed to. Percy just chuckled and before I knew it he had his arms wrapped around me and he kissed my forehead.

"Mira, I was shirtless. It's nothing you haven't seen before."

I immediately blushed as I felt Percy's bare chest on my arms. I uncovered my eyes and looked up into the tall boy's eyes. Percy and I locked eyes and it felt like I was back to the New Years party when Percy and I kissed. Percy must have felt the same thing because he reached his hand up to gently caress my cheek.

"Mira, there's something you must know."

"What is it Perc?" 

Percy takes a deep breath but before he could tell me anything the door bursts open and the twins start yelling at us that the family is leaving. Percy and I both seem to let out a frustrated sigh at the same time. The twins go back out of the room and I look up at Percy.

"We should head down there."

Percy nods in response and puts on his tee shirt. After Percy is all dressed we go down stairs to meet up with the family to venture out. Molly casts a spell to protect us all from the sun then we were out into the hot Egyptian sun. 

~Percy's POV~

I was so close to telling her that I love her and those two gits just had to ruin it. I've got to find time to get her alone and tell her. I feel like right now is the perfect time to tell her. She is so special to me and I can't imagine a life without her. I'm finally not afraid to tell her my true feelings. Her and I were walking next to each other and every now and then our hands would brush together and all I wanted to do was grab her hand and never let go. Bill ended up taking us to his sight and we hung around there for about 30 minutes before mum decided we all needed to eat. Bill took us to his favorite restaurant and I sat next to Mira. We all had lunch and then mum let all the kids loose to explore Egypt. Mira and I decided to go shopping around the magical and muggle markets nearby. We looked around for a while and at one point I looked at Mira and she was looking down at her necklace that I got her for Christmas and it was lit up for where we were in Egypt. I smiled at her and I ended up finding a stunning anklet that had all 7 continents on it. I bought it for Mira and decided I would give it to her tonight after we got home. After about 2 hours of wandering around Mira and I started to get lethargic and decided to apparate home. Once we got back to the house we saw no one else was home. Mira and I go up to my room and I decide now is the best time since no one is home to interrupt us.
