PERSONALITY
Yumiko is a very bubbly and outgoing person, always making friends with everyone she meets. Although some people dislike her because she is Takashi's fiancée, she doesn't let it bother her, keeping her head held high. She is a kind person who always helps others with whatever they need. Yumiko is a member of the Host Club, serving as their baker and creating all their cakes and treats. She loves to bake and comes up with new recipes, which Mitsukuni is happy to taste test.
Yumiko is exceptionally loyal to Takashi. Even if some boys in their class flirt with her, she immediately runs towards him for support and even tells other girls to leave him alone outside of the Host Club. Yumiko is a very sassy and witty person when she's not at home, where she has to act sophisticated, pretending to be the Heiress that she is. She's more herself when she's with Takashi, being able to play around and have fun with her friends.
APPEARANCE
Yumiko is a girl of above-average height with a slim figure and a light skin tone. Her eyes are naturally a dark brown, although she is almost always seen with dark ruby colour contacts when she is at school or cosplaying. She has long, glittery bubblegum-pink acrylic nails. She typically wears peach, pink eyeshadow, lip gloss, and blush. Yumiko has blond hair with an ombre transition to pinkish-red or baby blue at the tips, which reaches down to her waist in the rear. Her side-swept bangs cover a majority of her forehead and eyebrows, extending to her eyelashes. Two locks of hair flow over her shoulders and end at chest height. Her hairstyles include long straight hair, a single ponytail, a double ponytail, a double knot on top, a bun, and a single top ponytail.
Yumiko typically wears multiple silver ear piercings, which include a captive bead ring through each earlobe as well as two round studs in her right ear, three round studs in her left ear and a barbell in an industrial piercing through her left ear. She has to take these out when at formal events, which she hates, though she does keep at least two in each ear.
At school, Yumiko wears a typical banana-yellow dress with white frills around the arm cuffs and neck, paired with black shoes and white socks that reach her knees, adorned with ruffles. When outside of school, Yumiko wears cute and sophisticated outfits due to her status as a Heiress, although she prefers wearing shorts or jeans when she goes out on her little dates with Takashi, enjoying the warm weather in the summer the most.
SKILLS Cooking & Baking: Yumiko loves baking and cooking; her family is one of the best chefs and bakers, teaching her how to cook and bake treats. However, she spends hours in the kitchen creating new dishes and treats for the Host Club, where she displays her talent.
Business: As the future of Fumihana Baking Company, Yumiko must be knowledgeable about all aspects of working at a company, including how the world of business operates. She takes her studies with her parents seriously, though she does have some ideas for future changes.
Dancing: As an Heiress, Yumiko has taken many lessons in dancing, knowing all the formal dances, although she doesn't often enjoy it, feeling everyone's eyes on her. However, she does like it when she dances with Takashi.
Dressmaking: Yumiko is exceptionally talented, creating all the costumes for the Host Club herself, which she thoroughly enjoys, and also helps out with her fiancé's club activities. She also receives requests from others around the school due to her amazing outfits and costumes; some of her own clothes are handmade by her.
Sewing: Yumiko is skilled at sewing on a high level, comparable to that of a seamstress. Having been taught at a young age, she is able to sew for hours with considerable practice, making few mistakes.
Embroidery: Yumiko is skilled at creating very detailed images in her clothing, often incorporating flowers and hearts into the designs she wears.
Knitting: Yumiko loves knitting; she has even made a few pieces of clothing for her friends and family. Takashi has a winter hat and scarf that he keeps in perfect condition.
Crocheting: Yumiko has only recently started crocheting. Although she can complete one piece of clothing at a time, she quite likes it, although she mainly focuses on her dressmaking and embroidery.
Complex Math: Yumiko is a mathematical genius; she can understand complex equations and even solve them in her head without a calculator.
Multilingual: Yumiko can speak four languages; Japanese is her native tongue, and she also speaks English, French, and German. As the Fumihana Baking Company is primarily based in Japan, it also has operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.
