Sara's POV:

So it's been a week since the little incident with Simon. I was so proud of what the boys had done; they stood up to Simon for us. It really shows how much they believe in the two of us. Reece and I were just about to talk to Simon with the boys as to how this can work. We will find a way for this to work, we have to. I mean, we have come too far and a child shouldn't have to stop anything, it is just another step in our lives, and even though a bit young, still totally worth it.

'Hi Simon' I smiled. Even though I was kicked out of the competition, we have still kept in touch as he loves my work and has been trying to persuade me to come to his record label. I love his record label but feel as if my career will only stay how it is if I stay with him, especially as I'm pregnant. I am going to tell my management and record label that I am pregnant as well today. Don't get me wrong, I love Simon's record deal but I prefer my record label and management, and they know what I need to do and what I want to get to where I want to be in this career.

'Hi Sara, how are you?' It was more of a rhetorical question, so I just smiled as otherwise I'd be holding up the eight boys standing behind me wanting to know what lies ahead for their career. My bump wasn't visible yet, yet being the word emphasised in that sentence, because soon that will all change.

Simon slowly made his way over to his desk, as if purposely trying to set the boys on edge. There faces were so serious, the most serious they have ever been. At first, Reece was next to me holding my hand, but I nudged him forward. This was a step for his band to take, and although it has got basically everything to do with me, this was one of those band moments, and I wanted it to be remembered like that.

Everything was silent.

"So boys, I have thought about this, and it is possible, but will be tricky with a new one. Sara, we can only allow this if you come on tours with the child to a maximum half of the shows, but because of parenting rules which the boys agreed to when signing the contract, whether they read the terms and conditions, if a partner has a child, the child will be expected to be around the parental figure signing the contract for at least a quarter of all shows. Now for that to happen, we will allow free tickets, accommodation, food and backstage passes for all of the tours up to half of the tours, whether here or internationally. We understand you might want to visit for longer or shorter periods but we will try to be as flexible as possible, however it is very unlikely to be allowed to stay under our record label for any longer, unless of course you pay for your own needs for the rest of it. You have potential, and I can't give up on that. But one thing you must do Sara: tell your management today".

The boys all released a sigh of release, but my breath hitched. The boys' record company is fine with it, but will mine?
