Jakes pov:
I went and took a shower and saw Reece and Sara playing FIFA together. Aww, that's cute- bonding time. Then, I realised that Sara was lying on him like she does me. A wave of jealousy came over me. I don't know why, they have known each other for like a month or so now, but she is basically my sister.
Until I realised she wasn't, she was basically my girlfriend unofficially. We did what couples did, cinema, dates, movie nights, the whole lot. And now I was jealous. But if I tell Sara I like her, it will ruin the whole relationship. I need to sit tight and wait for something to happen. They're only playing FIFA after all. After a while, I went back into the room and they were still there. I was so annoyed at Reece, so I stormed out of the room and up to my bed. Sara and Reece called down after me, but I refused to talk to either of them.
Sara's PoV:
'Jake has seemed off with me recently, do you know why?' 'Haven't a clue Sara's, he said, kissing my forehead. I blushed, and so did he. Why did he do that? I got off from his lap and went up to talk to him. He was in the shower, but he wasn't singing. He's always singing in the shower... Unless he's upset. What have I done now? I decided to let him get dressed and dried without me being there. As usual, his wardrobe has half my stuff and vice versa. It was just habit to have it like that. I went and spoke to Reece. He said he'll find out for me. He's such a great guy. My feelings are still there but I have learnt to control them, except for when he kissed my forehead. He's a friend, and I doubt he will ever like me, so it doesn't matter.
Reece's POV:
Sara seemed upset, and I didn't like her upset, so I went up to our room 'Jake, are you okay?' 'What does it matter to you?' 'Whoa, mate I'm just asking, you seemed pissed when I was with Sara' 'what time you were with Sara, because you seem to be with Sara all the time. I just want my sister' 'she's your sister?' 'no, but we basically are'
'Jake, I need to tell you something. I-I. I like Sara, and I don't know what that means and I don't know what to do. I really do like her, but I know that someone else here likes her' 'Who?' (Jake: Does everyone here like her?) 'You, you idiot. You probably don't realise it, but you do. I saw your face when I was with Sara, and even Sara has noticed it, she's been sad recently because of it. You guys don't realise it but you basically are a couple.
That is why I haven't gone near Sara, because I know that she's your girl. Even if it means I lose out'
Jake's POV:
I was so angry. How could he tell what I was feeling more than I could? 'Reece, just leave' 'Jake, you've just realised it haven't you' Reece smirked. 'That's it, get out. Go see your girlfriend; she's probably waiting for you somewhere, so go run!'
