I did some meditation, listened to a sublimal https://open.spotify.com/episode/7HuS3awkV3EY8H8WndfZ5v?si=A7dFfkDnTvuW5r-igRENhQ (here's the one I use) and got ready for bed! Once I was in bed I used my own method I lay down and take some time to relax my body starting from my head and down to my feet I take deep breaths and clear my head only thinking about my desired reality and saying affirmations then I count from 1 to 100 slowly letting myself drift into my desired reality counting up to 100 I feel like I'm floating and I'm moving upwards it's a cool feeling I feel fuzzy and then I see lights and hear and feel things in my desired reality like a bedroom if I'm laying on the bed I'll feel the sheets and atmosphere feels different once I feel like I'm ready I open my eyes and I'm there :)
