Rei stays still speaking with Junior. "Alright, Junior, you and I both know Torchwicks working with the Fang, so here's my proposal, if Vale is attacked and you need an out, head to Mantle, I'll make sure the familia sets you up with a nice shop near the port to Atlas. All I need is for you to keep the girls ears to the ground. Deal?"
"Why would we need to keep our ears down?" Miltia asks Rei sitting next to them, the red plaid pair both taking a shot.
"Call it a hunch, but when a Vermillion smells trouble it's never far behind, especially the red captain."
"The red captain?" Melanie asks wrapping her arm around Rei's right arm. "When did you get promoted?"
"A few years back. Take my advice though Junior, remember what happened when captain Ferra warned your dad about Torchwick and Neo?"
Junior nods, the pair shake hands and exchange a razor blade cutting their palms they shake hands a second time. A pact of flesh and blood. They'll both uphold their ends of the agreement, at the cost of death
