SIX MONTHS LATER.

Being a pregnant bride was entirely unheard of, but you didn't give a shit about scandal. It's not like you were married for the first one, so you didn't bother hiding your four-month bump under frills on your wedding dress.

In fact, you wore one that displayed it openly, hugging each curve to show off the shape of the bump, pride beaming from you at the fact you were expecting again.

The church was cold, leading you to shiver lightly as you waited to go in. Your dad stood by your side, whispering to you how beautiful you looked. You wished Theo was with you, but he'd been sworn into being best man for his dad - a job he took all too seriously.

When you're finally headed down the aisle, your heart skips a beat as you lay your eyes on Billy. Theo perks up as he spots you, mouth dropping open in a toothy grin - or, toothless, you should say. He'd lost his front two at the bottom and had the most adorable little gap.

You see Billy's shoulders rise and fall with a steadying breath before he finally sucks up the courage to turn and face you, music playing softly as you descend down the aisle towards him. When those eyes fall upon you, his lips twitch into an adoring smile, hands twisting nervously in front of him.

It felt like the longest walk you'd ever taken, and yet the shortest at the same time. You could feel all eyes on you which makes you nervous - that is until you reach him, and suddenly you're the only two people in the room.

"You look beautiful." He dips closer to whisper to you, features radiating his joy as he takes your hand to help you up the step at the end of the aisle. "Not so bad yourself." You tell him, stomach twisting in anticipation.

You were about to be Mrs. Hargrove. It was the strangest feeling and the best all at once.

ONE YEAR LATER.

A happy squeal sounds from the lips of the infant squirming beneath her dad. Little Emily waved her hands around wildly as he blew raspberries to her stomach and cheeks, laughs slipping free from her gurgling mouth.

The four of you were lounging around on a lazy Sunday in bed; Theo was sprawled out in your lap as you ran fingers through his nest of curls that was growing longer every day. He never let you cut it, he was desperate to grow it out to rival the length of his fathers mullet.

Emily was laid beneath Billy who was peppering her little face with kisses, exaggerating the sounds of them to make her laugh. He was laughing too, thoroughly amused by the infants reaction to his playful movements.

He was definitely loving having a baby girl in the house. He doted on her, getting up in the night to do feeds and cuddle her until she fell asleep, humming soft tunes to comfort her when she was crying. It was honestly the sweetest thing and it made your heart swell in your chest whenever you saw him with her.

You'd worried that Theo might feel left out when Emily first came along, concerned all the fuss of having a new baby might make him jealous but he was as good as ever. Having a little sister was exciting for him; for now at least and he was so amazing with her as well.

Billy blowing another raspberry against the babies belly brings you back into the moment as she half squeals and half laughs once more, chubby legs flying out to try and push him off but as she does so she lets out a loud sound from her other end, causing Billy to fly back with a yelp. "Did she just fart!?" He exclaims before bursting into a fit of laughter, one that yourself and Theo become part of once it registers what the baby had done.

"How could you!" He feigns hurt to the infant, plopping down beside her and prodding a finger gently into her side as she giggled next to him. Her fingers rise to rub along his stubbly beard, in a weak attempt to pull him back but it was clear he was staying far away from whatever toxic waste she was giving out. For now at least.

"That was one way of getting you to stop." You tease him, lips peeling into a taunting smirk as Theo rolls off of you to entertain his baby sister. It mostly just involved sitting and waiting for her to grow up so she could actually take part, but sometimes he'd pull funny faces at her to make her laugh or cheer her up, or he'd show her his toys and act like she could totally understand what a Batman was.

Billy sees his chance to fill an empty void and takes it, shuffling up the bed to lay beside you in Theo's stead and draping an arm around you, his lips finding your temple and laying a kiss to it. "Happy?" He asks, tugging you against his chest.

Your lips prop open to elicit a soft, contented sigh before you respond, fingers rising to find his own and coil around them as you watched the little ones together. "Endlessly."

The End.
