I woke up to screams. But when I went to get up I couldn't. I could see that I was still in dog form. Also that I was in a cage again but it was small. I had chains around my ankles and a muzzle on it was heavy and cold like the chains so I'm guessing it was metal too. I looked around and started to freak out. Where is Jessi?
"Morning honey. How did you sleep?" Torren crouched down in front of the cage.
I growled at him.
"Now now honey. That's no way to act like your friend." He laughed. "I guess you are trying to find Jessi." I was looking around the room. Torren whistles and the door opens. A bright light shines through the room. But a couple of people in white coats rolled a table in. "Lift her up." Torren ordered them. They did move the table and it now looked like a old day torture thing. But as they moved the table I could see Jessi was locked onto it. I growled more and bared my teeth at them all.
He laughed and stood up. Torren walked over to Jessi. "Get her awake. We have family business to do." He walked over to the other side of the room. "You see Ashlee, Jessi isn't what she seems to be. She just doesn't remember it." Torren sat in a chair over there and watched as the white coats gave Jessi a shot of something.
After a few minutes she started to wake. I tried to move but I couldn't get to my feet. Jessi woke and started to panic.
"It's alright sis. You have nothing to worry about here." Torren spoke as the white coats hooked Jessi to a machine. I glared at Torren. Who just laughed.
"What are you going to do Torren and I'm not your sister." Jessi yelled from the table.
"Oh you don't remember." Torren stood and slowly walked to Jessi. "I wouldn't worry to much on that these fine people will help you remember." Torren nodded to the person near the machine. I heard a loud thump from it and then Jessi was screaming.
I tried to bang against the cage but it wouldn't move. I growled at Torren when he looked over at me.
"Now, now honey it's almost over." Torren raised a hand after a few seconds and the person shut the machine down.
Jessi was breathing heavily and her eyes were closed. Jessi groaned as torren touched her head and made her look at him.
"Now what do you remember Jessi?" Torren was grinning at her.
Jessi didn't answer him and torren bounced her head off the table. Jessi yelped.
"What do you remember?" Torren spoke through clenched teeth. She didn't answer again but this time she was looking at him. Torren growled at her and let go of her head. "Again" he ordered his men. They turned the machine on and Jessi was screaming again. I started to whimper. If he has them keep doing that her brain will fry.
This went on for what seemed to be ages. After the last one he asked Jessi the same question. "What do you remember?"
"I.." Jessi looked over to me. "I'm sorry Ashlee." Jessi started to cry. "Why did you wipe my brain?" She looked back to Torren. Torren was grinning.
"Well I wanted you to keep with Ashlee. You don't think I would allow her to go by herself now would you. Do you know how I could always find her?" He whispered to Jessi.
Jessi shook her head. "No"
"That's because I can track you sis." He laughed. "I put a tracker in you. I knew Ash would take hers out if I but it in her so when I wiped your memory I added the tracker." Torren waved a hand to me. "I didn't want my honey going too far from me. So after I found out you and her were getting closer as the years went on I made sure that the gift I gave you was working. I changed Ashlee to what she is. You trapped Ashlee even when you didn't know." torren walked over to me. "And you honey didnt even know what was happening right under your nose." He patted the top of the cage. I was staring at the ground in front of the cage. What the hell? "You couldn't have found out Jessi and I are step siblings since I never had you come to my house." Torren was laughing.
