I woke to movement around me and as I tried getting up in a panic. I heard someone shushing me.
"Sh Love, it's alright you are safe." It was Loki. I sighed and started to calm down. As I did I looked around me and noticed we weren't in the jet any more.
"Where are we Loki?" I sounded like I ate the desert. Damn.
"We are at the compound now." He pushed some hair behind my ear that fell forward when I panicked. Natasha came in the door to the room Loki and I were in.
"Here, drink. Jessi said you guys haven't had water in a while so drink slowly." She handed me the water bottle. I nodded. Loki helped open the bottle. I tried but I couldn't get a tight grip on the lid.
"Here little one." He handed it back to me.
I smiled and siped the water. Damn it was refreshing to finally have it hit my throat. After I took a few sips I handed the bottle back to Loki. he put the cap on it and put the bottle to the side.
"Where is Jessi?" I asked Natasha who was still in the room.
"She is down the hall with Sam." She smiled at me.
"Can I go see her?" I asked moving the blanket a little to try to get up.
"Oh no you don't love. You need to get your strength before you get up." Loki said lightly pushing me back on the bed. He covered my legs back up.
"I'll have Tony set up a tablet so you can talk to each other. But for now you need to rest. Jessi is alright and resting. So should you." Natasha pointed a finger at me.
"Alright alright." I laughed and got comfy again.
Loki stayed with me the whole time except when he was needed with the team. But he even fought to stay with me then. And Tony did give me and Jessi a tablet to chat. And everyone came to visit both of us.
It has been a couple of weeks since the incident and Jessi and I are finally clear to move to our rooms. Yes, we have rooms even with my mate and her dating Sam. It's just the guys are not too far away from us.
Loki and I have been talking and hanging out when we can. It's been a rough few weeks since the mate bond wants to stay near him. But I'm hoping with time I'll be able to control it more. So for now I guess we wait and see how this goes.
