"Ami, after everything I told you, would you consider becoming the new water goddess?" Nanami questioned casually as they walked to the train station together.
"Hmm," Ami thought about it. "I'd want to try, but I'm a bit scared of messing it all up, you know?"
"Come on!" Nanami exclaimed. "Didn't I tell you? When I first became the land goddess, I had no idea what I was doing. I made so many mistakes! Tomoe helped me out though. So did Onikiri and Kotetsu. I've had so much fun, and I've also had so many adventures. I've also had many near death experiences and problems too, but you'll find those wherever you go in life."
"True," Ami replied shyly.
Nanami went on. "I'm probably repeating what I've been telling you for the past 10 minutes, but you need to know this. I really know that you can do this if you want to. You have all the potential in the world! Also, Mizuki's been really lonely for so long. His mistress left him, though it wasn't her fault. She had to."
They had reached the train station.
"Aw, this is where we have to go separate ways now." Ami mentioned.
"Yeah, but let's meet here again after university. Then we can continue this conversation. I'll meet you then. Bye!" Namami suggested.
"Yeah, see you soon." Ami agreed. "Bye,"
As Ami went to catch her train, and as she sat alone in it, and as she went about her day in university, she couldn't help but think about everything Nanami told her. From Mizuki's past, to Nanami's experiences, she kept thinking about them over and over again.
She just about managed to get through her first few lessons without drifting of. When it came to lunchtime, she began to daydream.
Ami didn't manage to make any new friends after Nanami and Kei. Maybe it's because even though she's so kind sweet, and likeable, she's also very shy and quiet. She was also very smart and got good scores, yet she never got any recognition for it.
By the end of the day, she had made up her mind. She had decided she'd give it a go, being a water goddess and having Mizuki as her familiar.
She was sure that Nanami and Mizuki would be glad to hear it.
