The Dance Part 2

Sophie's POV

I just remembered something....Bella...

" Dave what about Bella what happened with her?!? " I asked.

" She left " he answered

" What why?! "

" She said I was a horrible dancer "

" What?! No you arn't you're an amazing dancer! " I defended. Dave smirked.

" Aw thnx babe "

" Ew what did I tell you about calling me that?! " I scolded.

" Heh sorry....babe " he smirked again.

" Ugh go screw your self " I mutter.

" Wait..isn't Bella gonna tell everyone? " I asked nervously.

We danced in silence for a little.

" Honestly thats the last thing I care about. All I care about is you. I love you Sophie " Dave said.

No way....Dave loved me. He loves me back. I think I was the happiest girl in the world.

" I love you too " I said while looking deep into his eyes.

Next thing I knew his lips were on mine. It took me by surprise, but I eased up and kissed back. He kissed me gently. We broke apart and gave him a huge hug.

" I love you more then words can describe " he said.
" I love you more then anything in this universe can describe " I said back.

He quickly kissed me and we continued to dance. This was the best night ever! I wonder how things are going with Sadie. I wonder if Leo is going to tell her.....

Sadie's POV
Ugh we were dancing in an awkward silence for the past few minutes. Leo looked really nervous and uneasy.

" Leo...are you okay? " I asked. He didn't answer. He seem to be staring into space.

" Leo? " I repeated. Nothing.

" Leo?!? " I said louder. This caught his attention.

" Yeah? " he asked.

" Are you okay? "

" Yeah I'm fine " he answered then continued to stare into while dancing. I sighed.

Maybe he didn't want to dance...was he uncomfortable dancing with me? Maybe we should stop..... I slowly pulled away.

" Leo do you not want to dance or something? It's okay if you don't " I said.

" What no it's fine. " he said quickly.

" Uh okay " I said then put my arms around his neck again.

Why did Leo seem so nervous? What's on his mind? I guess I should just leave it, but what if he regrets coming to the dance with me?

" Leo...do you regret coming to the dance with me? " I asked without even realizing I said it. My face glew red from embarrassment. Crap why did I say that?! Leo looked shocked.

" No of course not! Why should you think that? " he asked.

" Uhhh I dont know..... " I said slowly.

" Um Sadie..... "

" Yeah? " I said. There was an awkward silence as Leo searched for words to say.

" Um.....there's this girl I really like and well I wanna tell her but I cant I'm too scared " Leo said quietly.

It felt like a dagger peirced my heart. Why did this feel like such a surprise to me? I knew he must like someone and it wasn't me, but I guess since he is actually saying it..it hurts. Ugh no I can't seem upset! I have to help Leo?

" Who is it? Maybe I can help you " I asked.

" Uh well...I'll tell you a little bit about her... "

" She is really nice and funny. She can be stuborn at times, but I find it cute. She is full of energy and she is constantly trying to make everyone feel good! Oh and she always makes me happy. I love being being around her " Leo said shyly.

When Leo said those things I think my heart melted! That was so cute and heart warming. Whoever Leo likes is really lucky. I felt a bit of sadness in my heart.

" Awwwww Leo that's so sweet! But I have no clue who the girl is " I said.

" Umm ok I'll give another clue. She is in this room "
" Um anything else? "

" She is wearing a blue dress, and...... "

" And what!?! "

" Um well...... "

" Leo just tell me "

" Fine.....and I'm confessing to her right now. Sadie I really like you. " Leo said nervously.

My heart stopped.

" You're lying arn't you...this is a joke " I said with a slight bit of dissapointment in my voice.

" I swear it's not a joke...want me to prove it? " Leo asked with a smirk.

" Wait what?!? " I exclaimed and in seconds his lips crashed into mine.

It shocked me but I kissed back. Fireworks were going off inside of my head. Butterflies were crowding my stomach. Leo the guy I liked maybe even loved....is kissing me and he likes me?!? The kiss lasted about 10 seconds and then we finally broke apart.

" Does that prove that this isn't a joke? " Leo said with a cute smile.

I shyly nodded my head while looking down. Oh god what just happened.

" Um Leo....I like you...... " I said nervously.

" You do?!? " he said in shock.

" Yup " I said with a huge grin.

" Will be you be my girlfriend? " Leo suddenly asked.

Omg this is seriously happening?! But is this going too fast? What should I say!? I started to get really nervous. Leo was a great guy and I really like him....I know my answer.

" Of course! " I said.

A huge smile spread across Leo's face. I smiled back and the next thing I knew Leo's arms were around me in a hug. I eased up and hugged back. This was the best day of my life! I think I may just be the luckiest girl in the world to have someone like Leo.

Omg you guys! It's finally happening! After 26 chapters! Finally! Leo and Sadie are dating! I'm so happy and proud I got this far! Only 4 more chapters left!
