Morning arose as Y/N watched her little Tama sleep. You spent the entire night resting on her chest. She kissed the top of his head to wake him, not wanting him to be late to the interrogation he'd have to endure today. He lightly opened his eyes, bags forming under his eyes.

"Good morning Tama. Let's get ready for today okay?" He merely nodded as you slipped out of bed. You went to his dresser to pull out some clothes. A black turtleneck and some jeans seemed fitting for today. You passed him his clothes as she went to change as well. After getting dressed you noticed he was still staring off into space. You sighed sadly to yourself, helping change into his clothes for the day.

As he sat there in his clothes you took his hand and guided him to the dining room. You kissed his forehead as you went to cook something quick for you both. He held on to your sleeve before pulling you into a hug.

"I feel so empty Y/N." He whispered. As of he would burst into tears if he spoke any louder.

"I'm here Tama, I'm gonna be with you every step of the way." You whispered, pulling him closer to you.

"Please don't leave me bunny. I can't lose you too." He said as a few choked sobs escaped him.

"Oh my love I'll never leave you. I love you so so much."

"Can we....can we not be inside today? I think I'll cry more if I do bunny."

"Okay Tama, let's go out for breakfast." You said before pulling him up to his feet. You each grabbed your jackets and bags before heading out. You opted to grab some stuff from Sonic and just eat there in their parking space. Tamaki slowly ate his meal, not really finding it appetizing after what happened the night before. "You enjoying breakfast Tama?"

"...I guess."

"You know, you have to talk with the cops today."

"I know. I don't want to."

"You can think of it like this Tama: even though you'd be remembering very painful memories you can use this to stop that killer. Give Mirio's memory a good ending. Don't let his death be in vain."

For the first time today he finally looked at you. His eyes had a daring sense of hopefulness. "Really bunny? Y-you think I can....I can catch the killer?"

"Yes Tama! I know it'll be tough but we'll head to the police department and on the way do your best to remember what you can. The cops will take care of the rest."

You finished your food and drove off to the police station for Tamaki's interrogation to begin. You end staying in the waiting room as they only allowed him to go alone as a key witness.

"So Mr. Amajiki, it says here that he was your roommate. Is this true?"

"Y-yes, we were friends since e-elementary school. We decided to go to the university to stay together."

"But you weren't living with him recently."

"That's t-true, I'm living with my girlfriend."

"And why is that?"

"There's a killer out there." He said as he straightened his posture in his seat. "Her roommate left to stay at her parent's house, so she was alone. I was going to ask Y/N if he could visit us more and maybe stay there on weekends, so he wouldn't be alone."

"So you both stayed together for safety, correct?"

"Y-yes sir, that's right."

"Very good. Now tell me more about that night. What happened?"

Tamaki took a moment to compose himself, bracing himself for any tears to fall. "I was packing my things to fully move in with Y/N. Mirio walked in and we talked for a while. I invited him to dinner, and I left to grab a cut of meat from the butcher's. I picked up the meat from the owner, which was weird because his son usually works the night shift. And when I walked in the dorm, on the third floor there was a guy who ran past me. I saw he left some stains on the carpet and saw it looked like blood. And that's when I..... I walked in and s-saw M-Mirio." He whimpered. Remembering that awful night had him tug on his sweater like it was getting harder for him to breathe.

"I am sorry for your loss. Is there any identifying factor you could give us of the suspect who ran into you?"

"They had a b-black jacket. Most of their face was covered because of the hood, but I thought I saw blonde hair come out from under the hood."

"Alright, anything else?"

"Um...I....I don't know."

"Please try to remember Mr. Amajiki. Anything you can remember will help us in catching them."

"The....the jacket. I think it had a logo on the left side of the chest. And the person was about two inches shorter than me. They didn't seem like they were buff, but not skinny either..... I... I think they also had nail polish on."

"Nail polish? What color?"

"It was dark in color. Maybe black or a dark blue."

"Is there anything else you could possibly remember?" Said the detective as he jotted down his notes.

"I saw his shoes. They were really dark too. A sort of boot with dark colored laces too."

"If we show you pictures in the future, would you be able to tell if it's the shoes you saw?"

"I think so."

"Very good. I think that's all we'll need for now Mr. Amajiki, and thank you again for your help." Tamaki only nodded before heading out of the interrogation room. He felt like he could breathe again when he left the winding hallways and saw his bunny on her phone. He gently held her other hand to grab her attention.

"Tama honey how did it go?" You said before grabbing your things to head out.

"Okay, I remembered a good amount." He said tiredly.

"That's good! Now we just let the cops do their job and help where we can."

"Yeah..."

"You tired honey?"

"A bit."

"Want a spoiled day in?"

"....yeah, I could really use that."
