I buried my face into my mates neck, trying to ease the pounding in my head. Ever since I woke up from the transformation, which was a week ago, my powers have been going crazy. I have to learn how to control it, which gives me huge headaches and makes me weak. Being with my mate however eases it. Physical contact basically numbs the pain, but sometimes it gets so bad that not even the mate bond can help.
His hands rub up and down my back, his lips placing soft kisses beside my ear. My headache eases and I let out an unnecessary sigh of relief.
We are standing on the balcony, letting the cool air surround our cuddled stone bodies. My hands playing with his blond locks and scratching his scalp every now and then, earning a little growl of satisfaction.
The little tingles we both feel are what makes us never want to let go.
"Jasper." I whisper, he hums in reply. "I'm hungry."
Even though we had just gone hunting, my thirst never ends. His hands grip my waist and push me back so I can look into his eyes and connect his forehead with mine.
"I know, but we just went feeding." His golden eyes staring into mine.
"I know, but I feel weaker the more I don't have anything to drink." I whine.
He sighs and caresses my face.
"I'll get you O type blood bag." He says and speeds off to get it for me.
We've discovered that human blood actually helps with controlling my gifts. Only Jasper knows, no one else. If Carlisle found out, he would do anything to stop me from having human blood, he doesn't want me to become a monster.
I have animal blood when we go feeding and then a human blood bag when I start to feel way weaker than usual.
Jasper came back and handed my the blood bag before wrapping his arms around my waist. I dig my teeth into it and drink while laying my head in Jaspers shoulder. He hums a little while he squeezes me.
I know this is a little hard for him, even though he won't admit it, but I'm proud how much control he has over himself.
A feel my strength coming back once I finish the whole bag, not leaving a drop. I hand Jasper the bag and place a kiss on his lips.
"Thank you, for everything. I love you." I smile and place one more kiss on his lips.
He kisses back and smiles.
"My pleasure, ma'am. As long as I keep getting those sweet kisses, I'll do anything for you." He bites my bottom lip and sucks on it before letting it go. I giggle and kiss his nose.

"I don't understand." I state to Alice as walk down the stairs and into the living room.
Alice huffs and speeds up to be next to me.
"Just say yes, that's all you have to do."
I look at her with raised eyebrows and nod.
"Okay then, no." I grab the book that was currently in Jaspers hand and threw it at Alice. I pout as she catches it.
"Are you serious?" She groans.
"No? Yes? What do you want to hear?" I feel Jaspers hands slide on my hips and pull me down onto his lap, tucking his head in the crook of my neck.
"You know what? I give up on you." She squeals and walks away.
I giggle and rub my fingers through Jaspers hair.
"What did you do now?" He asks while pecking my neck. I click my tongue.
"Just girl things." I smile and kiss his lips. We pull apart after a while and I stand up. "Come with me for a walk?" I ask with my hand out to him. He takes my hand and we start walking out to the forest.
As we were walking I heard rustling in the bushes. Jasper pulls me behind him and stands in front of me protectively. I smell a unfamiliar scent of another vampire. As we stand guard and look around, I see black fog coming out of the bushes where the sound came from. We both hiss.
"Alec." I hiss out.
He steps out from his hiding spot with a smirk.
"Well, if it isn't my favourite mated couple." His smirk widened.
