𝙵𝚊𝚒𝚛𝚢 𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚎

Love, extremely unpredictable complicated feeling

Takes over, attacks when you are least expecting

There's absolutely no control over who we might fall

Falling in love with someone isn't wrong, not at all

She was the epitome of kindness, lively and truth

Peaceful, friendly, giggly with a little sweet tooth

She spread happiness and optimism around her

A daughter of great teachers, an avid book lover

He was darkness and gloom in human form itself

Cold, emotion hating, cared only about himself

Everyone wanted to stay away from him altogether

No one strong enough to break his internal tower

A dark alley was where the two worlds first met

That day she had been searching for her lost pet

When she found back her precious companion

She also noticed next to it, an unconscious man

His face, stunning than anything she had ever seen

To treat his injuries and get to know him she was keen

She took him to tend to the injuries, did basic first aid

The whole night in the bed peacefully resting he laid

The next day she woke up to notice him missing

Left the house silently as he got up in the morning

He had left a note on the table in a piece of paper

He hoped he never crossed paths again with her

She was very disappointed by her action's outcome

She had expected a compliment, at least some

But at the same time the note made her intrigued

Because of his nonchalant and unruffled attitude

The next day her department had a new student

 Shockingly, it was the same attractive boy she met

The teacher asked her to tour and show him around

And she dragged him by force and went on a round

Shocked that despite rudeness, she was still talking

His anti social persona felt like it was slowly crumbing

When she kept chatting with him, he was grumbing

But secretly towards her he was starting to take liking

He was apprehensive to be close and get to know

His life before had been tough, his trust quite low

People wanted him around, because he was rich

When he needed help, they had left him in a ditch

Even when he didn't respect her, she didn't leave

She wanted to change him, wanted him to believe

That not all people in this world are scary or ruthless

There are also many souls who are kind and selfless

After efforts, she ended up becoming his first friend

By this time, his coldness already beginning to melt

He was less closed off surely than how he was before

He was also beginning to trust her with things more

They often laughed around studied together

She was like the petal to his mesmerizing flower

She managed to change his feelings all over

Argued rarely and didn't break their bond ever

As they became closer the attraction only grew

They liked each other, both of them later knew

Five years later, they happily married each other

Grew old together, with this the fairytale is over

(Not all love stories end well but their did fortunately

Their close trust overcame all of life's turbulency

They made use of every moment they had together

They had no regrets, they made it worth altogether)
