Sid: Avneet....Avneet...
Avu: Huh!!
She said coming out of her thoughts..
Avu: Life was not good at all there...I was just alone, no one was beside me...
Back to the story
Sid did not really know what he should reply, so he kept quiet...Non of them was actually able to look at each other...Avneet was staring the floor while talking and Sid was just taking glances of her all through the conversation...They had a very short but peaceful conversation...Though many things were there which couldn't come out in the form of words...They wanted to hug eachother and stay in eachother's embrace for infinity but they had created their own barriers of false assumptions and beliefs which was the actual reason of them being apart...
Anyways there conversation ended with Avu's phone ring...She picked up the call and it was of Ashu to pick him from his friends house...
Avu: Umm...I think I should leave...
She said finally looking at Siddharth...
Sid: Ye..yeah...
Avu: Alright then take care...
Sid: Hmm...
And now they finally looked into eachother's eyes, maintaining the eye contact for the first time in the conversation...Sid could feel immense love, care and concern in her eyes whereas Avneet could see love, pain and a little bit of anger in his mysterious eyes....Avneet stood from the chair and finally made her way towards the door of the room...She opened it and went out and before closing the door again she took a last glance of him who was now probably resting, closing his eyes...She smiled and shut the door....
She saw Abhi standing with Vaish and Inu...He had a mischievous smirk on his face...Avu looked at him confused...He went towards her...
Abhi: Avneet are you free??
He asked in a serious tone...
Avu: I have to pick Ashu from his friends house and then I have a little free time...
She said with a confused look...
Abhi: Ok, then I will accompany you as I wanna talk to you...
She nodded...Abhi went to Vaish and told her something, probably gave some instructions...Vaish nodded and then Abhi went towards Avneet...
Abhi: Come now...Let's go...
They went towards Avu's car and Abhishek insisted to drive...They settled themselves and drove off...
Abhi: See..Let's not beat around the bushes...I will ask you some questions and you have to answer them honestly Avi...ok??
He said...At the end looking at her...She nodded...
Abhi: Do you love Siddharth??
He asked with his eyes on the road... She was stunned listening to the question...She never expected such questions from Abhi....
Avu: Sorry...
She said not believing her ears...
Abhi: I asked do you love Siddharth??
Avu: I....vo....ba...noo...I don't...
She said while stammering...
Abhi: Hm...Then why did you accept the job of p.a. after knowing Sid's condition...
Avu: Because.... because...I care for him....
Abhi: And why do you care for him??
He asked looking at her....She couldn't lie to him anymore now and finally spilled the truth...
Avu: Fine bhai...I give up....You are right....Yes I do love him...More than anything, not from now since 13 years....
Abhi: O god....13 years...
He said being astonished...
Abhi: How could.....I mean..I am confused....
Avu: I saw Siddharth 13 years back for the first time...
Flashback...
It was a fine winter evening...The beauty of the setting sun was hidden behind the clouds...The dim light made the environment more beautiful with the small drops of rain pouring down making the atmosphere heavenly....
Avneet had her first day of college today...Which went really well...She made friends there who were a really fun company...
She was walking through the corridors of the college building, exhausted, after the final lecture...She was waiting for the the downpour to stop, so that she can go back to her flat which she bought recently with the money earned by a part time job...
She stopped when she heard the melodious music which was euphonious....She walked towards the direction of the dulcet sound... Finally she reached a room which was labelled as "The music room" The door of the room was ajar...She peeped inside...And the view she saw mesmerized her...

She saw a boy with hazel eyes, sharp features and a perfect smile, playing the guitar completely engrossed in it... She was completely lost in him and was busy admiring his skills...
As soon as the music finished, she came out of her dreamland and quickly went away...
Next day...
Avneet was sitting in the canteen with her friend Anushka...Soon Siddharth entered there..Avneet looked at him and again went to her dreamland.... Anushka shook Avneet as she wasn't responding....
Anu: Avneet...Avneet....
She said vigorously shaking her...Avneet came out of the trance and gave them a confused look...
Anu: Where were you lost Avu??
Avu: No... nowhere....By the way do you know who is he??
She said pointing towards Siddharth who was engrossed in eating his burger like a kid with a little sause spread over his face, making him look super cute...
