He said carresing her knuckles with his thumbs...He placed his lips on her forehead, sending peace to her soul..

Avu: Siddharth... A...Ashu is you...your son..

She said stammering and looking down, not meeting his gaze..

He said, not believing his ears

Avu: Siddharth Ashu is your son... He is only Aarav, whom you lost years ago...

She said with tears leaking down from her eyes... The confession was painful for her too...But for now Siddharth was the most affected one... He couldn't process anything and was numb.. For Avu the beautiful painted scenery, just brought to life, seemed to collapse... He said walking back towards his car.. Avneet ran behind him and held his hand...

Avu: No, Siddharth, this isn't a prank... Ashu is non other than your Aarav...
I am so sorry Siddharth... I am really sorry for separating you and him, but...but I never knew this fact...

She said between her sobs... Siddharth turned towards her and freed his hand from her grip...He went towards his car and sat inside, trying to calm himself, he still wasn't able to digest the new found reality... He held his head in his hands and supported his elbow by stearing wheel...

Whereas with Avneet...

Her knees didn't support her anymore after being aware of the fact that she is gonna loose her son and her love as well... But was she at fault?? The right to decide this was only entitled to Siddharth...

After sometime, Siddharth himself came to him and asked her again...

Sid: you aren't lying na...If you are then please tell me the truth, I can't take this anymore...

He said falling on his knees in front of her and joining his hands in front of her...His eyes glistened with tears as he pleaded for the truth...

Avneet held his hands which were joined in front of her...

Avu: No... Siddharth...I am not lying at all...The time I told you that false story about Aarav...I was scared...I was scared of loosing my son, whom I cherished for all these years... And I swear I didn't know anything, till Abhi bhai told me...

She said with watery eyes...

Sid: He is my son??

He asked with the teary smile...Avneet nodded her head in approval...

Sid: He is my son...He is my Aru...

He murmured to himself with tear stained cheeks and a smile on his face..

Sid: Avneet......He is my son....

He said being on the 9th cloud... He got on his feet and spread his arms in the hair...He screamed in happiness...

Avneet smiled and wiped her tears.. Siddharth's happiness was something that couldn't be expressed in words...

Sid: Avneet...Ashu is my son...

He made her stand and twirled her round...Avneet laughed and hugged him...

Avu: I am Sorry Siddharth...I am so sorry for doing this...But I didn't know this earlier...If I would have known.. I would have handed your beloved son to you...My grandpa tried his best but couldn't find you...When Abhi bhai told me about that accident, I was 100% sure that Ashu is your son only.. but I was scared Siddharth, scared to loose him...

Avu said snuggling into his chest... Siddharth parted the hug and cupped her face...

Sid: No need to apologise Avneet, afterall you are his mother and the heart of a mother can bear everything except the pain of separation from her son...And even I am thankful to you for cherishing and bringing up my son all these years...

He said and kissed her forehead...

Sid: Come now... We have to pick Ashu from his school, I can't wait to meet my son anymore...

He said walking back to the car...

Avu: Siddharth....

She yelled and ran behind him.. He stopped and before he could turn, he felt a soft pair of hands, encircling round his shoulders...Avneet back hugged him...

Avu: I love you too...

She whispered, mesmerising his ears... Siddharth freed himself and turned towards her...He picked her up and twirled her round, holding her by her waist...He landed her on the ground and kissed his nose...Avneet blushed and hugged him hiding his blush... Siddharth chuckled...

Avu: Now...Let's goo...

She said holding his arm and trying to avoid the eye contact...

Sid: As you wish my queenie...

He said dramatically...

"Jisse hame mohobbat hai...
Vo itna khoobsurat hai...
