Chapter 24 : Build's party. (Part 1)

Build went to his home with all the bags for him, he was tired and more importantly, he couldn't forget Jeff and Bible together. Was it over for him ? It was unfair. They moved on really fast. Perhaps his friends were right, they felt the same thing and found comfort in each other. He couldn't be happy for them. He knew that Bible did break up with that woman and now, he was with Jeff ? From Bible, he didn't expect less.. But it was painful from Jeff's side because he didn't think he was like this even if he was scared with his past lover, he tried to overcome this fear to not lose a chance if he was the right one. He felt pain in his heart, and as he was too down, he didn't move from his house until the next day afternoon.

He is tired, he didn't sleep well, his mind worked all night with a lot of "what if" scenarios. He walks to his kitchen to drink some water when he hears a loud knock on his door. He is still in a cute white pajama, a short short and a shirt which has embroidery on it. He goes to his door to open it, he stares at the man in front of him for a while before he lets him enter inside. He doesn't understand why he is here and he can't think of anything else before a cup of coffee to wake up his brain.

Build : Why are you here Apo ?

Apo : What ? Are you not happy to see me ?

Build : I didn't say that. But you don't come until you have something in mind or we have something to do.

Apo : Well, it's true. And I come here, so we can be ready together for Tong's party.

Build : How do you know ? It was supposed to be Tong, Us and me.

Apo : I really feel like you don't love your best friend anymore.

Build : It's not what I mean. I need coffee first.

Apo : Exactly why I came. I need to hide your fatigue with make-up my Bui.

Build : Thank you. It will be nice. Do you want a coffee ?

Apo : No, thanks. Anyways, you went to shopping yesterday ? Tong sent me pictures.

Build : Yes, it was fun for once. Until the jewelry shop.

Apo : Why ? Something happened ?

Build : We can say that. I want to have fun tonight to celebrate that I'm single and I want to not sleep alone, so I will do my best to bring a man in my bed.

Apo : We can all sleep together tonight if you want if Mile is okay for me. But what changes in heart makes you like that ?

Build : I don't know. I want a man to have desire for me and not to end up with my ex.

Apo : What ? I'm lost..

Build : We saw Bible and Jeff together yesterday. They are dating. I was not clear with my feelings and now, it deserves me right to be alone.

Apo : Don't say that ! You're perfect ! And nobody knows if they are really dating. I asked Mile.

Build : Excuse me ? How did you know ?

Apo : Tong told me yesterday.. When he invited me to his party.. So... Let's get ready ! We have a lot of work !

Build : Alright...

Apo acts suspicious, although Build doesn't care for one only reason, he focuses on the party even if he doesn't have any information about it. Finishing his coffee, he washes his cup before he joins his friend in the bathroom with the outfit already ready for tonight. They get changed to wear the special clothes, Build looks at himself in the mirror while Apo smiles to him and comes to pinch softly his cheek.
