Chapter Two

(10 years later)

Harry Potter, now 10 years old, is sleeping in his warm bed having a dream of what might have been a possible memory. Just then, he heard a knock outside of his bedroom.

"Harry. Harry, dear. Time to wake up." He hears Bellatrix calling on the other side. "I'm making your favorite breakfast."

She then heads downstairs, and he gets his glasses on and out of his bed to stretch. He then hears another knock on the door.

"Morning, Harry." he hears a young boy calling out.
"Morning, Draco." Harry greeted back.
"Come on, Aunt Bellatrix has breakfast ready." Draco reminded the young boy.

Harry then exited out of his room seeing his blonde hair cousin and they both head down the stairs smelling their breakfast. They entered the kitchen and see Bellatrix cooking.

"Morning, Aunt Bellatrix." Draco greeted and sat down.
"Good morning." Harry greeted.
"Good morning, boys. Did you both slept well?" Bellatrix greeted.
"I had a weird dream last night about a flying motorcycle flying in the sky and landed on where Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon lived. There was also you and two other people talking about me." Harry tells his guardian

Bellatrix knew that, somehow, he remembers the moment that she became his legal guardian under the supervision of the Ministry.

"Interesting dream, Harry." Draco said.
"It was but it felt real." Harry acknowledged.
"Well, dreams can seem real, Harry. And they can also seem like a memory." Bellatrix spoke
"Is it a memory, Aunt Bellatrix?"
"I do not know, Harry. But I wouldn't worry about it."

She sets down their breakfast, and she sat down to join.

"Harry, since you mentioned your aunt and uncle, after breakfast I want you to go up and clean up. We're meeting them at the Zoo for your cousin's birthday." Bellatrix reminded the dark hair boy.

The boys groan.

"Aunt Bellatrix, do I have to? They don't like us." Harry whined.
"I know, dear. But they are family on your mother's side. We should at least go and say happy birthday. Just a couple of hours, we go look around at the animals, and we'll come back home." Bellatrix answered.
"Okay. I'm doing this for you." Harry gave in.
"That's my boy."

The three resumed eating their breakfast and afterwards, the boys help Bellatrix clean up and went upstairs to go get ready. Later on, they all head outside in the car. But before Harry gets in, Bellatrix stops him and got on her knees to his level.

"Harry, darling. I know we had this talk during breakfast; but do please be nice to them. We only see them once. And I know you will do this for me. Just promise me you will be on your best behavior today at the Zoo." Bellatrix said to the boy.
"I promise." Harry said to his guardian.
"Good boy." She said and got up and kiss his head. "Okay, now get in the car." She said and they both did.

(At the Zoo)

(Reptile room)

The family are looking at the snake who seems to be asleep. The young chubby boy, Dudley, asked his father, Vernon Dursley, to make the snake move. The old man knocked on the glass.

"Move." Vernon order it.

Dudley then knocked harder and louder.

"MOVE!" Dudley shouted.
"He's asleep." Harry informed him.
"He's boring." Dudley groaned and went to look at other reptiles

The adults then went to look around, Harry and Draco decided to stay with the snake.

"Sorry about him. He doesn't understand what it's like. Lying there day after day." Harry apologized to the snake.
"Harry, he can't hear you." Draco joking with his cousin.
"I know, but it's still nice to at least apologized." Harry said to the blonde child.

But to their surprised, the snake woke up and winked at the boys.

"Harry. Look." Draco gasped.

Both boys were in shocked.

"Can you actually hear me?" Harry asked the snake.

It nods its head.

"I never talked to a snake before. Do you talk to a lot of people?" Harry said.

The snake shakes its head

"Are you from Burma?" Draco asked wandering if it understands him as well

It motioned the boys to look at the sign saying that it was bred in captivity.

"I can relate as well. I don't know my parents as well." Harry said.

Dudley sees what is going on and rush over.

"Mummy! Dad, come here. You won't believe what this snake is doing!" Dudley exclaimed as he pushed Harry over to the ground. Draco got down on his making sure Harry isn't hurt. Harry got angry and stare at Dudley. But something strange happened as this happened.

The glass over the snake's habitat vanished and the bully falls inside. Both boys chuckled at the amusement and the snake slithers out and lands in front of the boys being free.

"Thanks." the snake hissed.
"Anytime." Harry said.

The snake slithers out scaring all those it is close to and all the boys did is stay where they are.

"HARRY! DRACO!" Bellatrix called out. She got down on the floor with her boys. "Are you two okay?"
"I'm fine. Dudley pushed Harry to look at the snake." Draco started to explained.
"And then..." Harry decided to add in until they see that Dudley is trapped inside with the glass back to where it is. He called out for his parents' help and Petunia, his mother, freaked out.
"Boys. We have to leave. Now." Bellatrix ordered and they all got up and left the Zoo.

(Back home)

"Draco, go to your room. I need to talk to Harry." Bellatrix ordered the blonde boy. He nodded and head upstairs. Harry was afraid that he might be in trouble. She takes him to the lounge and they both sit down.
"Harry, honey. Please tell me what happened back at the Zoo." Bellatrix calmly said.
"I swear, I don't know. One minute, the glass was there and then, all of a sudden, it vanished. It was like..." Harry almost finished until Bellatix said,
"Magic."
"Yes. Exactly." Harry said. "Am I in trouble?"
"No, Harry. This was not your fault. Why don't you go to your room and rest? We'll worry about this later." Bellatrix tells the young boy.

He gets up, but before he left the lounge, he went back to her and gives her a big hug. She returns the hug. Harry then resumed to leave and head upstairs.

"I didn't think it would happen this fast. I think it's time Harry knows the truth." She said to herself.
