(Afternoon)

(Courtyard)

The first years are in separate lines with broom on the ground near their right hand side. Their instructor, Madam Hooch walks in.

"Good afternoon, class." Madam Hooch greeted her class
"Good afternoon, Madam Hooch." They greeted back.

She takes her place at the end of the rows

"Welcome to your first flying lesson. Now, I would like each of you to come close to your brooms. Come on, now. Hurry up please." She instruced.

All students does so.

"Now, please stick your right hand over the broom and say, 'up'." She instructed once more.
"UP!" All call out.

Harry's broom arised into his hand and he grabs it. Hermione is impressed.

"Wow." He sighed excitingly.
"Up." Draco said and his broom appeared to his hand.
"Good job, Draco." Harry complimented.
"Thanks, Harry."
"With feeling!" Madam Hooch encouraged those who are having trouble.

Hermione is getting annoyed her broom is coming up to her as she keeps saying 'up' several times.

"You can do it, Hermione." Harry encouraged her.
"UP!" She called one last time and she grabbed her broom.
"See? I knew you'd get it."
"Thanks for your encouragement, Harry."

They both see Weasley still having trouble then all of a sudden, it hits him in the face real hard. Harry laughs at him.

"Shut up, Potter." Weasley said in annoyance.

(After all the students grabbed their brooms)

"Now, I would like for each of you to mount your brooms. Once I give my signal, I want each of you to kick off from the ground hard, hover for a moment, then lean forward and touch back down to the ground. Understand?" Madam Hooch gives her instructions.

All students nodded in agreement.

"On my whistle. Three. Two..." The flying instructor said and blew her whistle.

All of a sudden, Neville's broom flew on its own without Neville doing as instructed. The broom flew out of control. He flew to the walls of the castle, heading towards the class then up in the air where Nevill's robe caught on a statue's sword. He slips out of it and hits the ground hard.

"EVERYONE, OUT OF THE WAY!" Hooch exclaimed and rush over to Neville.

She sees that he has a possible broken wrist. She helps him up.

"I want everyone to keep their feet on the ground while I take Mr. Longbottom to the Hospital Wing. Understand? If I see a single broom in the air, the one riding will find themselves out of Hogwarts before they even say, 'Quidditch.'" Hooch ordered.

She takes Neville to the Hospital Wing.

Harry notices that Weasley has his Remembrall in his hand.

"Give it to me, Weasley." Harry ordered.
"Actually, no. I think I'll leave for him to find it." Weasley said and flew up in the air. "How about on a roof? What's the matter, Potter? Bit beyond your reach?" Weasley taunt Harry.

Harry decided to go after him.

"Harry, no way! You heard what Madame Hooch said." Hermione reminded her friend
"Hermione's right. Besides, we all don't know how to fly yet." Pansy sided with Hermione
"And we promised Aunt Bellatrix we wouldn't get into any trouble." Draco reminded him

Harry didn't listen to reason and flew up after Weasley.

"What an idiot." Hermione said
"Aunt Bellatrix is not going to be happy," Draco added

Harry fly up to Weasley's level.

"Give it here, Weasley. Or I'll knock you off your broom." Harry demanded
"Is that so?" Weasley taunted once more.

Harry tried to grab it but failed.

"Have it your way then." Weasley said and threw the ball to the distance

By instinct, Harry flew towards it with full speed, and as it soon almost went through McGonagall's window, Harry caught it in time and Professor McGonagall saw what had happened and looked at awed and amused at the same time. Harry came down to land and hold the Remembrall in his hand as his fellow classmates came to cheer for him. Hermione hugged him as Draco patted him on the back and Pansy also gave Harry a hug as well. But the celebration ceased when McGonagall appeared.

"Harry Potter!" She called out.

He went up to her.

"Follow me, please." She ordered and they both went inside the castle. The 3 friends can hear Weasley and his goons laughing at Harry.

"I hope he doesn't get expelled." Hermione said.
"We'll see." Draco said to his friend

McGonagall and Harry made a long walk to what appeared to be a classroom, not the Headmaster's office. She tells Harry to wait where he is while she enters the classroom.

"Professor Quirrell, excuse me. Could I borrow Wood for a moment please?" She asked.
"Yes. Of course." Quirrell replied.

A young boy gets up and follows McGonagall out of the classroom.

"Potter, this is Oliver Wood. Wood, I have found you a Seeker." She tells both boys

Harry looked puzzled to what is going on.

(Later on)

Draco and Harry are walking together as he informed him what McGonagall explained to the Boy Who Lived.

"Quiddith Seeker? But first year students never make it to the team. You have to be..." Draco started
"The youngest player in the century. According to McGonagall." Harry finished.

They were met with the Weasley twins.

"Hey. Well done, Harry. Wood just told us." Fred congratulated the young Gryffindor
"Are you two on the team?" He asked
"Yes, we are. Beaters. And it's our job to make sure that you don't get hit too hard." Geroge explained.
"It's a rough game, Quidditch. But we stick together." Fred assured Harry.

The young students walk into the yard.

"Oh, go for it, Harry. Quidditch is a great game. Aunt Bellatrix will be proud of you." Draco encouraged.
"But the problem is, I never played Quidditch. What if I make a fool of myself?" Harry asked

They are joined by Hermione and Pansy.

"You won't make a fool of yourself. It's in your blood." Hermione tells him.
"My blood?" Harry looked confused
"Come with us." Pansy said and takes Harry's hand.

She leads them to what is a trophy case and showed them honorary players.

"Wicked. Harry, I had no idea that your father was a Seeker too." Draco gasped
"Neither did I." Harry agreed as he looked at his father's name
