Alex's POV
"Wait, wait, wait...hold up. I don't understand what's happening." I said while Amara is walking quickly towards the car.
"I don't either. Basta tinawagan ako ng school nurse at sinabing tinamaan daw ng bola sa ulo 'yung anak mo."
Oh goodness me, my wife's definitely stressing again. Not good for her.
"Calm down, okay? I understand that you're worried but please just calm down." I pleaded while driving.
She sighed and nodded her head. "Ugh, low bat." Narinig kong sabi niya habang hawak ang phone niya.
"You can use my phone. Ano bang gagawin mo?" Tanong ko.
"Manonood ng baby otter videos." She answered then pasted a grin on her face. Hahahaha!
I pulled out my phone and handed it to her. "Yey! Thanks." She exclaimed like a child and it made me laugh.
"You're cute." I whispered to myself just so she won't hear it. Alam ko namang sanay na siya na nakakarinig ng compliments from me but --
"Thank you." I heard her say which interrupted my thoughts. She heard that?? Ano bang ginawa sa kaniya ng pregnancy na 'to? Ang talas ng pang-amoy, talas ng pandinig.
"You can whisper all you want, but you could've just said it to me straight." She said. I pinched her cheek without looking, focus sa road.
"Oww!! Stop!" Saway niya.
"Okay. Hahaha!"
Inabot ko nalang ang kaliwa niyang kamay at hinawakan iyon. Wala naman akong narinig na angal kaya hindi ko na inalis. Hindi rin naman siya aangal kasi gusto niya rin 'yan hahaha! Habit ko na rin 'to kapag nagmamaneho eh.
Sumusulyap sulyap rin ako sa kaniya habang nagd-drive. I guess that's her way of calming herself. By watching otter videos. Hahaha!

Pagdating sa uni, dumiretso agad kami sa clinic. We found Calli sitting on the hospital bed while holding an ice bag on her head.
"Sweetheart, you okay?" Her mom asked right away. Sinuri agad niya si Calli at halata ang pag-aalala sa mukha.
"Okay lang po." Sagot ni Calli.
"Excuse me." I called one of the nurses who just passed by.
"Yes po?"
"She's looking a bit pale. Na-check niyo na ba siya?" Tanong ko.
"Uh yes po. Na-monitor na po namin siya. But we recommend to have her checked at the hospital."
"Yeah, we're definitely having her checked." Amara spoke. Medyo pabalang 'yung tono ng boses niya. Ganyan talaga pagdating sa mga bata, nagiging mataray kahit wala namang dapat tarayan. Haha!
I talked with the head nurse for clearance para mai-uwi na namin si Calli at maipa-check up. Parang nahihilo pa nga eh, I hope nothing's wrong with her.

Amara's POV
"Okay ka lang dyan?" I asked my daughter who's currently at the backseat. I told her not to sleep and wait 'til we get to the hospital. We're having her checked, of course. Hindi ako matatahimik hangga't hindi ko nalalaman na she's in a perfectly well condition.
"Opo." Tipid niyang sagot.
"Okay. Huwag matutulog ha." Paalala ko ulit. Makulit na kung makulit. Ganito talaga ako.
