Apparently, they decided to have the VIP lounge in the Dean's quarter, as soon as we enter, the people sitting stood, I guess it was out of respect or something of that sort. We step in and the door closes behind us, I look around and notice a round table with five empty seats, I suppose this is a formal meeting but I could not help but wonder who the fifth person is, we walk to our respective seats beside each other and I could not help but feel at peace and a bit exhausted, but still at peace like I have found my home and I could not help but secretly smile.
After we sit down they all sit and start to introduce themselves.
One of the two guys stand, he is dressed in a white shirt, a bolo tie and a grey colored vest, black trousers with black oxfords and draped over his shoulder is a long black trench coat with light colored linings and lapels. His hair which he unveils from the black porkpie he was wearing is a shade of black but under the light has a blue glint
"Hello there, the name is Aaron, grade alpha shifter and leader of the shifters factions, I look forward to working with you".
The first guy say with a cute smile, he did not look any older than 25 or maybe 30 with that smile but I should know better than to trust based only on what I see on the outside, for all I know he may be well over 70
"Our turn"
I turn towards the voices and see two girls who look nothing older than 17 wearing the same attire making them look more like high school students, they are both wearing a white shirt, a black tie, short black pleated skirt and black leather gloves, the only difference between the two girls was there contrasting expressions, not the high ponytail, not the hazel colored eyes, not even the beauty mark on their cheeks
"I am Jessie and she is Jenny, immortal assassins of Viskar and representers of the mundane faction".
Did she just say assassins? And immortal?
"You make it sound less presentable"
Jenny say with an eye roll
"How then do you suppose I put it dear sister ?"
Jessie asks with sarcasm dripping from her voice
"Can you both not start, at least not now ?"
The other guy say
"Hmph"
Jenny turns her face away with her eyes closed. I turn to see the other person stand, he is dressed in a white shirt and a black bolo tie with a sapphire gem on it, a black vest, tan colored trousers with black boots and draped over his shoulder was a beige colored long trench coat. I also notice he has a bandaged arm the kind that gets connected to your neck
"I am Tyler a vampire and leader of the vampire community, it is a pleasure to finally meet you"
He say with a slight bow, a french accent and a boyish grin making him look no more than 20 at most.
"As it is meeting you"
I reply with a smile.
"Where is Matia ?"
"She said she would be arriving late"
Jenny say.
"If someone had allowed me to kill her all those times I asked we would not have to wait for her anymore"
Jessie say turning to Kristean with an eye roll and an 'I told you so' expression and he just brings his head down and shake it.
Did she just say kill, does she really enjoy killing that much ?
"We are not revisiting that topic Jessie not now, not ever"
Kristean say with a straight face making him sound like he was tired of her already
