Sophie opened her eyes slightly, shuffling. She then felt someone on her and started panicking. She lived in a supernatural infested town so of course she'd be paranoid. She'd be stupid not to be aware of her surroundings. The tired girl opened her eyes lightly then looked down and saw a certain blonde next to her, snuggling into her warmth, hands on her chest.
Sophie smiled at the calm looking girl. She then tried moving her hands. Caroline shuffled in her sleep and groaned making a whining sound.
"Don't move..." She muttered. Sophie chuckled and tried getting up again making Caroline hold her down.
"I said don't move" Caroline opened her eyes, frustratingly. Sophie then sighed.
"I need to go home and change my clothes. Damon's probably worried about me as well" Sophie told the girl who huffed.
"Caroline...I'll see you in school, promise" Sophie said as the vampire pondered the thought, she then released her grip on her half mate and let go. Sophie got up and kissed the girls forehead. Caroline held her hand softly making the girl look at her.
"I want to stay in bed with you, please?" Caroline asked in a low voice hoping the blue haired girl would agree and lay in bed again.
"Another day. You should get ready too" Sophie softly said and ran her fingers through the girls hair. Caroline hummed and gave a tiny smile. Sophie went outside her room and opened the front door, she was met with a confused sheriff.
"Sophie Smith. You stayed the night?" Liz Forbes, the mother of Caroline asked her, smiling.
"Yep. I hope you don't mind" Sophie shyly said. Liz gave a little smile to the young girl.
"Of course not. Uh is there anything going on between you and Caroline?" The woman asked, wanting to know as the two girls seemed very close. She once caught them in Caroline's bedroom, close together as they slept quietly.
"Oh umm. I guess. It's complicated" Sophie rubbed the back of her neck. Liz nodded. She'd have to ask Caroline about this later. Last thing she knew was that Caroline was dating Tyler Lockwood.
"Right. Get home safe" Liz smiled and Sophie returned it. She then walked to the Salvatore house. She opened the door and was met with Damon.
"I sent you a bunch of texts. Why didn't you answer?" Damon asked, anger in his tone, he was worried about her.
"Sorry, i was with Caroline" The girl said with a blush making Damon tense.
"Right. I think you should know that Blondie and Wolf boy are-"
"Dating? Yeah i know. Caroline told me last night. It's complicated but in a way she's dating both of us. I know it sounds weird but it's kind of a poly, except for the fact that i am not dating Tyler" Sophie explained to raven haired vampire. Damon lifted a brow, taking in all the information.
