His eyes snapped open with an annoyed scoff hearing a second heartbeat, "I clearly instructed you to bring Elena Gilbert only". The man standing outside looked down in shame and muttered.
"The other girl was by her side and put up a fuss. She would've told her friends if I let her go" The man in shades sighed and nodded. They went into another conversation about witnesses and their loud voices awoke a hurt human..
Sophie groaned lightly, trying her best to open her eyes throughout the pain she felt. Her head was pounding and her scalp ached as though it had been repeatedly tugged on. She winced as she felt dried blood down her nose and some on her cheek. She tried looking around but all she could see was black. Just where was she? She could clearly hear birds chirping meaning it was morning so where was she? She quickly shut her eyes once hearing loud footsteps nearing. Light hit her and she tried not to flinch once she felt herself being lifted into someone else's arms and tossed into a tight space. The footsteps walked off and she opened her eyes slightly to get ahold of her surroundings. It seemed as if she was..in the trunk of a car?

Sophie held back a scared whimper as she shut her eyes once more and froze once feeling a body toss beside her. Was that a dead body? She opened her eyes slightly and held back a gasp full of horror once she saw Elena. Wait..
ELENA
Sophie almost screamed at the sight but felt relief immediately once hearing the soft breathing of her friend. The man in front walked off and she heard more talking. There was no way she'd be able to jump out and run away with her injuries. Her head was pounding and she could barely move. The ache in her face was also not helping and how would she carry Elena in this state?
"Thank you for your help" A different voice spoke making Sophie frown. Help? Does this mean someone hired that man to kidnap her and Elena? But what would anyone want with them? They were nothing special so what was happening?
"Is there anything else?" The man asked silently awaiting orders.
"One more thing. Come closer, please" The other voice said, "Closer.." And Sophie bit back a scream once hearing a scream come from the man and heard the sound of biting. The smell of blood was faint but still there and Sophie could only wonder what would happen to her and Elena. After a bit, light was blocked form her view and she felt a shadow cascade above her.
