No one's P. O. V
Roger was lying in one of the guest bedrooms, with his arm draping over Camillas shoulder, a cigarette in between his index and middle finger, while she buried her head in his chest.
"Who was that girl?" Camilla asked, referring to Alice with a tone of jealousy.
"Alice. Why?" Roger answered.
"Just asking. How do you know her?" she interrogated, raising her head slightly, to face him.
"We... Dated a couple of year's back" Roger answered, taking a long drag from the nicotine.
"Oh. Was she one of your flings?" Camilla asked, sounding a bit more relaxed.
"Let's not talk about it." Roger commanded, trying to save himself the argument of the possessive, jealous woman.
"Consider it forgotten" she replied, tensing up once again. Roger rubbed her shoulder and kissed her cheek, to calm her down. She smiled and continued resting her head on his chest.
A loud knock on the door had interrupted their moment, and Roger was about to stand up to answer it.
"Just leave it. I'm sure they'll leave" Camilla stopped him, clinging onto his arm.
Roger agreed and went to lie back down, while the knocking continued, growing louder and louder with each bang.
"Open the fucking door already" Roger heard Alice slur from the other side of the door.
"Is that Alice?" Camilla asked, the irritation evident in her voice.
Roger ignored her question and stood up, pulling his trousers up, before he sauntered over to the door, with the cigarette dangling from his lip.
Alice stood there with her arms folded, looking exhausted. "Didn't you hear me knocking?" Alice asked with a yawn at the end of her sentence.
"What're you doing up here?" Roger asked, keeping his voice low, not changing Camilla hearing their conversation.
"I can do whatever I want. It's not your house, is it?" Alice shrugged, raising her eyebrows at him.
"Well, it's not your house either" Roger pointed out, folding his arms, and mimicking Alice's posture.
"Fuck off" she complained, rolling her eyes.
"Alice, why are you up here?" Roger asked, sighing.
"I told you. I can do whatever I want" she replied, shrugging her shoulders.
"You're drunk" Roger pointed out the clear obvious.
"Well done, columbo" she copied his words from earlier, with a breathy laugh at the end, prompting Roger to try and hide a smile.
"Oh! Don't worry, I didn't see you smile" Alice teased, just as Camilla walked over to the door, with her dress back on.
"Alice. You used to be a waitress, right? Why don't you bring me and Roger up a drink?" Camilla offered that same sickly, sweet smile.
"Why don't you get it yourself, you bimbo-looking cunt?" Alice responded, sharing the same irritating smile.
"Are you going to let your ex-fling talk to me like that?" Camilla asked Roger, folding her arms in annoyance.
"Ex-fling? Sweetheart, we were much more than that, I had his fucking ba-" Alice began, before Roger interrupted her.
"Camilla, why don't you go downstairs and I'll meet you there in a minute?" Roger said, his heart thrusting rapidly in his chest, in fear that Camilla might've stopped being an idiot and caught on to what Alice was saying.
