Hope and Josie were hanging out in the auburn-haired girls' master bedroom as they worked on some schoolwork. But Hope was quickly becoming bored of this. The shorter girl sighed loudly.
Josie just ignored it and continued working on her math problem that she was having a bit of trouble with. She felt the mattress next to her sink in as she saw Hope lay her head right by Josie's body.
Hope sighed loudly again.
"Did you want something?" Josie laughed and looked down at Hope. The auburnette smiled at finally getting the girl's attention so she sat up.
"We should stop doing homework and do something else" she suggested.
"But I'm almost finished with my work" Josie pouted "and what would we even do?"
"I could do your makeup? we haven't done that in a while" she shrugged "and my mom just bought me a bunch of new eyeshadows and lipsticks."
"I don't know..." Josie said hesitantly.
"Come on I'll make you beautiful, well, more than you already are" the girl smiled and Josie felt like she was going to have a heart attack at the sight.
"Yeah okay..." the brunette breathed out.
The shorter girl got up and got on her knees, looking under her bed before grabbing her makeup box and setting it on the bed next to Josie.
Once the girl set the makeup on the bed she stood up and opened the case, pulling out two lipsticks. "I think we're going to go with this color, it goes with your lips" Hope said before she put a knee in between Josie's legs, so she was propped up on the bed.
The auburnette began to apply the lipstick but abruptly came to a stop "this is uncomfortable do you mind if I sit?"
"Of course not go ahead" Josie smiled.
Hope took Josie by surprise when she sat on the brunette's lap. Josie was so glad the girl couldn't see how much this was affecting her.
Hope began applying the lipstick to every part of the girl's lips until they were bright red. Once she was finished she took out a lipgloss and applied it over her lips before running her thumb over the edge of Josie's lips where a little bit of lipgloss got on.
"You look pretty, you should let me do your makeup more" Hope smiled before grabbing her eyeshadow.
"Yeah... maybe" Josie swallowed and stayed still as Hope ran the makeup brush gently over her eyelids.
Finally, the shorter girl applied some blush to Josie's cheek and nose before grabbing the girl's chin and turning her head from left to right examining her work "perfect."
When the auburn-haired girl got off her lap and walked over to her vanity Josie finally took a deep breath.
"We should go Halloween costume shopping for my family's Halloween party," Hope said as she looked in the mirror and began to apply lipgloss to her own lips.
Josie looked up at the girl in the mirror "the party is a month away, why so early?"
"Well they already have a spirit Halloween set up, and it gives us an excuse to spend more time together" Hope smiled and turned toward her.
