Chapter 14

Lloyd's pov:

Lloyd was still shocked for everything that had happened. And to be honest, he didn't know what to do. He wanted to know more, so the next morning he had spend it talking with his father. They talked about what kind of powers each one of them had, and what they were facing. Garmadon knew most of the things, but some he didn't knew in such details.

"Okay......but..." Lloyd started. "do you know how to get back? Or what is happening over there?"

"Sadly no, I have tried to find a way to contact my brother but failed. There's no way to contact them"

"But there must b-"

The door knocked starling Lloyd. Garmadon stand up from the table and left Lloyd alone while he opened. Lloyd wasn't sure who could be. The most reasonable was that it was either of the people who had been here yesterday, though he wasn't sure about that idea. Everything that his father had told them had hitted them all hard. Had they recovered that quickly? Of course not. Then something might had happened. That's the only reason why someone would come here.

"hey Lloyd" a familiar voice said

Lloyd turned to see his 2 best friends, Kai and Nya. Lloyd smiled at their sight and returned the greeting. The two of them sat at his side, Nya being in the middle of them.

"It's great to see you, but... why are you here?" Lloyd asked, he wanted to know if something had happened to them. Since Kai looked a little shaken up, Lloyd's interested woke up.

"yeah, I would like to know that too, you look a little shaken up. Is everything alright?" Garmadon said from the other side of the table standing.

"I'm fine, but something did happen..." Kai started. "You said I can control fire, well....."

"I think I just summoned it" Kai finally said.

Lloyd was surprised, had it really begun that soon? Kai didn't even had the dream, and he was already gaining powers?

"Well, that's good. Since you are going to start remembering, it's logical that your powers will come back with the more you remember"

"Wait, you mean that our powers will come with our memories?" Nya asked

"Well, I can't guarantee that. Sometimes you may just remember. But your powers will come with either memories or if you succeed on summoning them or at random" Garmadon said. "I suggest that all of you stay close in case that an incident like this repeats. If Nadakan or Harumi find that any of you have started remembering, they wont waste more time and finish their mission."

That really didn't relived Lloyd, and the fact that Kai's power came out so suddenly. How could they possibly cover that?

"We'll have to gather the other guys, they should know of this too" Lloyd said. He sounded so confident that even himself was surprised. Did he really could sound like that?

"Very well, I'll leave you three to discuss the details of what you're gonna do next" Garmadon said while heading to the basement. And with that, he left.

"okay... How are we gonna find them?" Nya asked. Looking at both boys.

"uhm..." Lloyd actually hadn't though that through. He had barely seen them, how could they even contact them?

"Well... I think we'll just need to keep an eye out and see if we can find them at school" Lloyd said.

"I can tell the Jay" Kai offered.

Lloyd hadn't expected this, and based on Nya's reaction, neither she did. She turned quickly to face her brother with a confused look

"How?" She asked

"Well, we share one class so.." Kai explained. Right, Lloyd had totally forgotten that. Tho of they waited for that, would be in two days.

"Oh, right" Nya said

"Well, that'll be really helpful, I'm pretty sure he can contact the others. But we should also find a good place to tell them, and somewhere safe where we can practice too" Lloyd said. It was true. If they were being hunted by their headmaster and Harumi, they needed a safe place where they couldn't reach them. Some place where they could practice their powers and don't alert their enemies. If they had already sent these creatures after them. What else could they do? Better be safe than sorry.

"Any ideas?"

Neither of them gave an answer. Nya seemed to think for a while before giving up.

"Nothing really" She said "I guess we'll have to solve that later, maybe we can explore the edges of town? See if we found a good spot?"

"That seems like a good idea, I think we should go now. While we still have time" Kai said.

"Yeah, you're right" Lloyd agreed as he stood up, followed by his friends. "Let's go"
