Akita's pov:
"SLOW DOWN! EASY BUDDY!" Kataru shouted as he gripped tighter to Krag's fur. Akita couldn't help but laugh at his brothers reaction. This was amazing! The wind blow in their faces as they climbed the mountain at an impossible speed for any human or changeling that the cold nearly touched them
"Come on Kataru! Light up!" she elbowed him
Soon enough they reached the top of the mountain. Kataru slided off Krag's back and steadied himself. Akita jumped off, admiring the image they had in front of them. The snow covered almost everything except for a circle where green gras grew. In the middle of it expanded a big tree, it didn't have many branches but, in the ones, it had leaves spreaded at the ends with some flowers while some little fruits grew off others.
"The travelers tree..." Akita whispered for herself.
She then jumped to the tree and took some flowers and fruits. Then saved the flowers and turned to Kataru.
"Hey, catch" she threw the little dark pink fruits to her brother who actually catched some while others felt to the snow.
"Hey, don't play with this. We need them if you want to go so badly to Ninjago" he told her.
Akita jumped off the travelers tree and took the fruits that were on the ground. Kataru got four and Akita two, that should be more than enough to get to Ninjago and back.
"Alright, let's go with Sorla"
Krag made his typical groan, taking Akita's and Kataru's attention to him. "We're going, we're going. Don't be so desperate" Akita said while raising her hands defensively. She then gave the rest of the fruits to her brother and they both climbed into Krag's back again.
"Oh boy, please go easy buddy" Kataru told Krag once they were both up. Krag ignored him and jumped out of the mountain and back to the village where Sorla was.
Once they got back to the village, Akita and Kataru went to find Sorla. Who was talking with the other eldest of the village, so they had to wait a bit for her.
Finally, Sorla headed to them.
"Seems you already got the fruits, eh?"
"Indeed, Krag helped us" Kataru said as he took the fruits out
"Will these be enough?"
"More than enough" Sorla assured them, as she led them inside a shack. Once there, Sorla opened the portal.
"This will take you to Ninjago. And remember, you'll only need 1 fruit to open the portal"
"Thank you Sorla" Akita thanked
A loud hit interrupted the moment, they all turned to see Krag, whose head managed to enter through the door but the rest of him was still outside. He made a sound like a puppy, clearly wanting to go with them.
"I'm sorry my friend, but you have to stay here" Kataru told Krag as he headed over him. Akita behind him. Krag didn't stopped at that, but at least he wasn't trying to enter. Surely, he would break the walls if he tried.
"You miss Cole?" Akita asked
Krag nodded his head. Akita could see why, Cole had brough him down the mountain and into the village. He was his first friend; he clearly would miss him.
"Don't worry, we'll tell him you say hi. Maybe he can come visit" Kataru said as he tapped Krag's head. Krag seemed to be happy with that and nodded his head with excitement.
"Very well, it's settled. We'll see you later Krag" Akita said, she then proceeded to hug Krag's head and with that, she and Kataru said goodbye to Sorla and headed to the portal. At least Krag wasn't inside, and they managed to escape without his hugs. Not that Akita didn't like hugs or anything. But Krag's hugs could easily make someone explode. It would be nice if she got to Ninjago with all her ribs complete and in place.
