Over at the creed's mansion, the wound was still fresh, or the damage to their egos I should say.

Kathryn sat in the sitting room on the fancy expensive couch, staring into the fire.

For days upon end now she had been furious and left wondering just how the team managed to outsmart them all every single time.

Across from her on a single cushioned chair was a member of the creed, who was more or less a butler to her.

"Any new ideas on how to bring down that rotten group madam?" He asked.

"Well first of all before we even think of that we need to figure out how they keep winning, it's like they're always one step ahead of us! They always found the next clue to the treasure before us, even found the treasure itself before us! The thing I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR FOR MONTHS! I should've known not to trust them two petty fighters, I was relying on getting that sarcophagus and I was willing to do whatever it took to get it. I was blinded by that with my stupidity to hire them, but I do know someone I can trust." Ranted Kathryn.

"Who would that be, Ma'am?" Asked her butler.

Kathryn didn't answer, instead she picked up an old fashioned telephone that was laying on a coffee table next to the couch and rang someone.

"Hello Thomas, how are things going with Project C? Please say well. I need this." Asked Kathryn.

"Better than it has ever been before ma'am! Everything is going extremely well and I've even better news for you about it." Exclaimed Thomas.

"Go on, I'd like to hear" replied Kathryn.

"It should be done within a month or so, then your ultimate dream can become a reality" said Thomas.

"That is excellent news Thomas! Excellent! Contact me when you have more news and keep up the good work." Said Kathryn Happily, hanging up.

"Madam, if I may ask a question?" Asked the butler.

"Go on." Kathryn said softly.

"Don't you think we should go out there and take care of the gangs and their leaders? I mean there are quite a lot of them." He asked gently to not seem as if he was questioning Kathryn's decisions.

"Absolutely not, of course they're trying to take over all of Hollyoaks but in the end they'll suffer failure. The main reason I'm keeping them alive and alone right now is because of that blasted team! They're a challenge to them so that's good. I do know the team have upgraded their equipment and weapons however, so that might change the cards on the table currently." She replied.

"What if they end up succeeding and they take over Hollyoaks? With the team either alive or dead that would be a big threat" asked the butler.

"It won't matter whatever happens, as far as our creed is concerned we'll hide in the shadows till Project C is completed, we'll be unstoppable when it's finished. We just need to wait a bit and Thomas will come through for us." Answered Kathryn.

Back at the team's hideout they were still all in disbelief at what Liam had done, killing a team member? That wasn't going to go down well and he knew that, yet he still did it.

"How could you Liam? YOU KILLED THEO!" Screamed Eric.

"I had to, Albert would've killed the rest of us had I not." Replied Liam.

"We wouldn't have let him! Somehow we would've escaped like we always do but no, you didn't give us that chance and now our friend is DEAD." Shouted Diane.

"ALBERT HAD US BACKED INTO A CORNER WHAT COULD I DO?!" Asked Liam angrily.

"NOT KILL THEO. YOU SHOT HIM LIAM. IN COLD BLOOD!" Shouted Kurt.
