Double Death

DS Lance kicked open the door to an apartment, aiming his pistol at the man sitting inside.

Multiple police officers followed him inside, "we have a warrant to search this place. You're under arrest for assisting in the coverup of multiple murders" said DS Lance.

"What are you on about? I never killed anyone" said the man.

DS Lance took out his handcuffs, arresting the man. "We never said you did. We've been onto you for a while now, we know you hide bodies for people. Maybe tell me a few of the people who you've done it for and we can get that sentence reduced."

The man, desperate to save his skin, blurted out a name. "I mean, there was this time I had to bury the body of a builder named Mick, because a guy named Theo killed him, near Hollyoaks."

DS Lance was taken aback, he had strictly said to Theo not to kill innocents, but now he had crossed the line.

"Anything else?" Asked DS Lance.

"Never mind, I shouldn't have said that. I'm no snitch!" Said the man.

"That's what they all say" said DS Lance, containing his rage.

Meanwhile, the team was still in the headquarters. "I can't hear anything," said Kurt.

"Where are they?" Asked Diane.

"We need to see, James can't get away in this state, he's too dangerous," worried Alfie.

"I am not letting Theo slip out of my fingers again" Liam said.

"We need to help Dad, he's clearly been brainwashed" Romeo chimed in.

"Well come on then" said Diane, running up the stairs to the top floor.

The rest of the team followed her and they were shocked to see that James and Theo were gone, but saw that the glass on the roof had been smashed.

"They probably escaped through there, or James kidnapped Theo. I think the latter is more likely" said Kuet.

"I'm not letting James kill Theo, it's not for him to do" said Liam.

"Wow, is that all you really care about? Did you see the state my Dad's in? Did you SEE WHAT THE CREED HAVE DONE TO HIM? Shouted Romeo at Liam.

"You're right. We need to focus on James" said Liam.

"Well we can't do that if they're miles away can we, we need to get out of here" said Alfie.

"How are we going to do that?" Asked Kurt.

"There's boxes and crates all over the room, we can stack them," said Diane.

Theo meanwhile, drove as fast as he could away from the warehouse, until he had finally reached his home.

Once he was outside of his house, he put his face onto the steering wheel and breathed a sigh of relief.

"Let's go," said Theo, getting out of the jeep.

"Are you going to tell me what's happened? Why am I in this horrid outfit and why do I have injuries all over?" Asked James, while getting out of the car.

"Get inside first" said Theo, walking inside of his house, James following him in, and once both of them were inside, Theo locked the front door.

"Go and sit down in the kitchen. I'll be with you in a second" said Theo, James sitting down at the kitchen table.

Theo walked into the living room, sitting down on his armchair and phoning Frankie.

"Theo? How are you?" Asked Frankie.
