Luna's Eclipse

The White/Black Wolf!

Pups were running around the playground of the pack, named The light pack. This pack is the third largest amoungst the other packs that are scattered across the world. Among the pups was little Kim Taehyung, an omega, aged five. Most pups were around his age or older and their friendship was tight. Pups get to make their first turn on the full moon, on their sixth birthday!

Two of Taehyung's friends Jimin and Jay, an omega and beta respectively, would be turning six in three days and the full moon would be on the forth. This would be the first time that he would get to see a shift.
When pups shift, their family celebrate the joyous occasion as it also tells them what powers the moon goddess has blessed them with. Yes, that's right, each wolf gets a blessing from the moon goddess and it's a wonderful sight to see as the now turned pups glimmer under the full moon giving their first howl, acknowledging their blessing.

The game being played was hide and seek, Taehyung being a seeker of course. His giggles echo around the park as he searched for the others, he could play this game for hours without end, capturing the hiders as he goes along "You can't hide forever! I'm gonna get chu!" he exclaimed when he saw a shadow move from behind the tree. "Gotcha!" he shreiked as he held onto Jay, making the older laugh, "help me find minmin!" he requested and who was Jay to ignore.

After several rounds of hide and seek, Tae's mother called for them as it was beginning to be night fall. Taehyung's parents were the alpha and luna of the pack, Dexter and June Kim, they have lead the pack for three hundred years and within those years they had four children, Jackson the first born alpha gifted with water magic, Han the second born beta gifted with lightening magic, Marcus third born omega gifted with earth magic and Taehyung, who is soon to be gifted. Werewolves can live up to a thousand years, but they have multiple weaknesses, especially when it pertains to their magic. If the moon goddess sees the magic being misused she can take it, resulting in a shorter life span of the wolf.

Legend says that there was once a pack that wanted to rule all and they did everything in their power to obtain rulership, caused a war and in the end the moon goddess intervened and removed all their gifts. That pack is now the smallest pack and has not been gifted since that day! However the legend also says that once every five hundred years a gifted alpha and his gifted luna would change it all and unite all packs in harmony. But it has been fifteen hundred years since the last gifted couple tried to unite the packs an both died in battle.

Taehyung ran inside as the smell of his favorite food engulfed his senses, getting to the dinning table, "Did you wash your hands?" the luna asked "Yes mama!" he softly spoke, "that's a lie, go wash young wolf" was her final response making the young boy walk to the sink with his head down in defeat, his actions made her giggle because she could always see through his lies. The luna has the gift of future sight but has not gotten any visions since Taehyung's birth and she didn't mind, she knew that the gift is still with her, just not active, which gives her more time with her little wolf.

"What's so funny?" the alpha of the pack said as he walked into the dinning room, gaining the attention of his luna, "Our little pup still thinks he could fool me! How was work love?" she turned and asked as he hugged her from the back, kissing her on her mate mark, "It was... Eventful! With the two pups who are about to be gifted soon, everyone can't for our pups turn" he replied with a chuckle. "Papa!" Taehyung called as he ran out from the kitchen and into his father's arms, getting picked up in the process. "Hey sport! I heard from a little fairy that you lied to someone and got caught?" upon hearing that Taehyung's eyes widened from the question and he shook his head violently in disagreement, "No? Are you sure? Are you lieing? Cause if you are you wouldn't get to see your friends change in a few days!" Tae was now brimming with tears as he admitted that he did lie and was caught, he really wanted to see how it is when a wolf changes for the first time.
