Luna's Eclipse

Red/Yellow Eyes!

A huge lone wolf was roaming the forest, he is not packless, as a matter of fact his pack is the largest of them all. This wolf, Jeong Jungguk whose fur is black as night, making him look like a shadow as he trailed through the forest, trying to ease his mind from his alpha duties. One eye red, one eye yellow searched his surroundings, sniffing the air ever so often as he made his way to the falls that were located on his pack land.
The pack named 'BloodMoon' was ruled by his two fathers, luna Mark and alpha Otis, both who were alphas. Mark passed away giving birth to Jungguk and Otis passed before his sixth birthday.

Jungguk is considered a miracle child in the pack and they are forever grateful for their blessing and were even more greatful when he was blessed and was revealed to be the King alpha reincarnate. After his blessing twelve years ago, at the age of eighteen he took over pack duties from Beta Ryan.
Now he's running through the forest to clear his mind. Wolves started to find their mate at the age of eighteen and they stop age at twenty-five, whether they have found a mate or not.

Jungguk's mind and wolf were on a roller-coaster ride of endless thoughts and what ifs. 'What if we don't find our luna Van? What if our luna hasn't been born yet or worse, died? What if I can't be a great ruler for my pack?' Van, Jungguk's wolf attentively listened to him with his doubts as his snout pointed in the air, 'You are a great leader, your pack loves you. The moon goddess wouldn't forsake us. She has a destined mate for us and we would find him/her, it all takes time... And as much as I would like to stay here... Lets go find a deer, Van is hungry dude!' was his wolf's response making Jungguk chuckle as he agreed.

Getting back to the pack house with a huge deer in tow, Van was greeted by alpha Namjoon, who was hunched on the wooden railing, waiting for his return. "You know, soon enough I wouldn't be able to cover for you J" Namjoon said as he handed Jungguk clothes when he shifted. " C'mon maaaan, you're my second in command and I know you like the attention from the ladies when I'm not around" Jungguk said with a smile, "Well it is true but you always leave whenever there's important papers, sighs" Namjoon said making the younger laugh.

Kim Namjoon, aged twenty-five, his wolf, named Blaze is a golden brown wolf with the eyes to match that is slightly smaller than Van, his wolf is quite playful which is the complete opposite of himself, who is a down to earth, well grounded and wise beyond his years. "Did you hunt again?" Namjoon asked as he saw the huge deer behind Jungguk, making the latter turn, watching the deer and nodded his head turning back to face him. "Dude, soon there would be no more deer to hunt!" Jungguk smiled "Van is hungry, so am I. Besides the rest could freeze" he said as he playfully shrug his shoulders, passing Namjoon as he head into the pack house.
"So you leaving me with this!" Namjoon shouted, "Damn" he whispered when he saw Jungguk was long gone.

It's been a week since Jungguk's last run in his wolf and he is now in a highly debatable meeting with other alphas, "You cannot deny it alpha, with all due respect, it is tradition. You cannot rule your pack alone, you need a luna!" alpha Mike spoke as he  tries to get under Jungguk's skin since his nephew Ryan stepped down. "Alpha Mike, may I remind you that he didn't to long turn eighteen and haven't gotten the chance to leave because of duties, what do you expect him to do? Mate someone who he doesn't belong too?" Namjoon had enough of alpha Mike's bullcrap and quite frankly wanted him out the pack for a while now, " I want him find a mate, we all want him find a mate. Everyone knows the pack luna amplifies the alphas strength and the pack! " what Mike said made everyone agree in silence. Well this is not going to be easy.

"Okay, how about this... In five years we will host a gathering of the packs, I am sure there are other wolves who are looking for their mates as well and we will help them along. Five years is enough time to get our affairs in perfect order and to ensure that we have adequate housing for all packs! Do you agree? " Jungguk spoke and all alphas except Mike agreed, " Five years? Five years! Alot can change in five years alpha. " Mike protested, " I know and I intend to deal with those changes when they come! Meeting adjourned. " Jungguk left no space for Mike to say anything more as he left the meeting with Namjoon not to far behind.

Reaching Jungguk's office," He's such a bitch, one day I'll put him in his place...  What an Asshole! " Namjoon was more pissed off than Gguk and well Gguk didn't mind, "aren't you pissed?" he asked as Jungguk sat in his chair sorting paperwork, "I am actually... But you took all the words right out of my mouth... So continue, your doing a great job!" Jungguk said with a straight face, surely showing his disappointment through his eyes about Mike. Namjoon pressed his lips thinly as he closed his eyes breathing out heavily, he is so done with his alphas antics.

Soon enough both of them got busy, expanding their pack land, ensuring that they don't invade another territory, training new guards for the expansion and documenting all new pups and their blessings. It's hard work for the alpha but he was doing his job perfectly, everyone respected him and that wasn't sitting well with Mike!

"I have to figure out who is his mate, before he does and use that to my advantage, pretending to be a rouge and getting in this pack just to take over and now failing? ... I must find his mate!" Mike was livid as he held the glass of half filled with burbon, putting it to his lips, the urge to throw it against the wall was stronger, "He's just a fetus!"

"Joon, did you get the billing for the lumber ordered? I saw it got delivered but it looks short" Jungguk asked as they arrange their blue prints, "It's not short, it's going to be delivered in two batches... We ordered alot, so the wood mill would take some time filling the order!" Namjoon replied, earning an understanding nod from Jungguk. Its only 9am and they are already swallowed by paperwork and construction details, making sure that everything would be completed in five years. Jungguk arranged for ten pack houses to be built with smaller units in between ensureing that each pack house is not larger than his fourteen bedroom humongous mansion for a pack house, after all if someone from another pack finds their mate here they could stay in one of them.
