Luna's Eclipse

The Threat

Jungguk spent two days with his mate, he didn't want to leave but he had too, an alphas work is never done! He did promise however, that he would be present for the next ultrasound.

Upon his shadow return in his dark bedroom, the sense that something was off by a hair was strong and his hunch was right when he exited the room and was met by Chan.

"Where have you been?"
"With my mate, why?"
"A bunch of rogues attacked our pack"
"What?"
"And one of them left a note for you which was weird actually"
Chan handing him the letter,
"I brought everyone except my fighters to your pack for protection, hope you don't mind."
Jungguk looking at the sealed letter and taking a sniff,
"No actually, you needed refuge and I would never deny you, what is your status now?"
"We have a few in holding, some of our alphas and betas were injured badly. Half of our pack was destroyed but we could build it back in no time!"
"Good, good and the rest of your pack are they adjusting well?"
"They are yes"
"Good, go see about your pack and if you see Namjoon let him know to meet me in my office, also come meet me as well."
Chan nodded, thanked Jungguk for his understanding and went to do as told, Jungguk walked to his office while tapping the letter in his hand. Sitting in his chair he opened,

This letter is for you King Alpha,

You and your queen luna will soon die! You have made us a fool and now we want to claim what is rightfully ours. You do not deserve be be on this earth and we would make that known by showing our power, starting with this pack!

Your days are numbered

Jungguk stared at the letter, it's handwriting, the type of pen used, the paper and that scent. While coming to a conclusion, Namjoon knocked and entered,
"You're back! Where did you go?"
"My mate.... We have a problem!"
"Yea, the rogues... Again."
"Not only that, their leader and this letter"
Sliding the letter across the table to Namjoon,
"It's Mike... My suspicion was right, he is the leader of the rogues, well his pack! That's why he never joined ours and now that he found out that I have a mate, he is trying to get rid of us"
"You're not serious?"
"I'm serious as death itself"
"Damnit! How far would he go?"
"To claim power, that far!"
"Call Minho, we have to devise a plan, I wouldn't be here next week, have to go for an ultrasound and-"
"Ultrasound? What you need an ultras-.... Oh my God he's pregnant!"
"Shhhhh, keep it down. Don't want the spies to hear but yes."
"Great goddess! Congrats man!"
"Thanks, keep it to yourself, we have work to do. I'll announce it after we deal with Mike and his pack"
"Agreed"
"OK, so let's gather up and begin our plan"

Sitting in his chair while waiting for the others, Jungguk felt a bit off, not much for his mate, but more for the pack. He felt a distress for his pack. Trying to figure it out a guard barged into the room, "Alpha, luna Minho was kidnapped!"
Jungguk was on his feet at an instant, all blood vessels in his arms started to pump hard with blood, he knew exactly who's behind it and now he really, really want to sink his teeth into that bastard.

Meanwhile at Taehyung's pack.

In the few days after finding out he was pregnant, his cravings and mood swings were top notch. Taehyung, occasionally whining and acting like a ten year old, only wanted his alpha next to him, or at least his scent to calm the urge of throwing up whatever he ate and to help sleep at night. His father being the pack alpha was barely home and so the mother. Therefore Taehyung was left in his thoughts at home alone, going through the what ifs and baby names.

Eventually he got bored and decided to have a self picnic in the garden behind the pack house, at least he can sleep there and enjoy the cool breeze. While setting the blanket, the nauseating feeling was to much to bare, running to the nearest sink to heave what he ate for breakfast. He can't take it anymore, he needs his mate.
Linking Jungguk for his presence but there was no answer, only stress and confusion that's lingering, taes'  face twisted with the emotions that were being shared.

"Well since the link is in a seesaw massacre," Taehyung said as he pulled his phone out dialing, "time to do the tech thing and call"
Listening to the phone ring,
"Tae?"
"Hey shell, is Jungguk around?"
"He's at the pack house, but I'm heading there in a bit, is everything okay?"
"I tried linking him and nothing, I really need his scent right now and I would be glad if you could tell him to contact me?"
"Sure! I'll let him know when I get there."
"What's going on though?"
"Rouges attacked again and we're going to put an end to it, they threatened the luna and alpha"
"Wait what? Jungguk could have said something!"
"Sweetie... You're pregnant. I'm not sure I'm even to tell you anything in the first place, I'm sure he didn't want to stress you... But I'll let him know. And please don't mention anything about it, my mate already has a punishment for me blabbering about something. " Taehyung giggled, " Ok my lips are sealed, just deliver the message. Kay? "
" Sure thing, bye! "
" Bye! "

Hanging up from the conversation, Rachelle got the news that Minho was attacked and kidnapped!
" Are they that desperate? " she screams as she walk through the hall of her house, her mate Hoseok now taking off his shoes and jacket.
" Why are you removing them?"
"Need to go wolf and hunt some of Mike's pack, you however, we need the witch"
"What? Why?"
"The scent you gave Minho is fading, and the guards say it is getting weaker to follow, we need you, to track him with magic"
"Gad damnit, should have been a toad, everything is magic magic magic, I'm a wolf too you know!"
"Yes baby, we know, you're a wolf... But we need your witch side"
Rachelle was pouting now and hoseok couldn't help vut coo at her,
"Hear what, track the scent you made, find Minho and I'll take you on a run to our favorite spot... Deal?"
"What about the punishment you wanted to give me. Is that off the table?"
"No"
"Dang"
"Come on pretty we needs to go!"
Saying that Hoseok kisses his mate and changed, waiting for his mate to open the door. As soon as the door opened the wolf darted out leaving her to walk all the way to the pack house.
