Kenzie POV

After transfiguration, we headed to the great hall for lunch.

Apparently it's gotten around that me and Draco smelt each other in the Amortentia in potions because everyone was looking at us as we walked hand in hand over to the Slytherin table.

Once we got to the table, we had lunch while ignoring the stares and comments being made around us.

After lunch we headed off to care of magical creatures. It's Draco's most dreaded class since the incident in 3rd year with the hippogriff

I used to mock him saying," It's killed meh, it's killed meh,"

All through class Draco held my hand and would randomly pick our hands up and place a kiss on mine. The whole class I was blushing and I just couldn't stop.

After that class ended we started walking to muggle studies. Or more like I was dragging him.

"Why do we have to learn about muggles?" Draco says smugly.

"So if and when we encounter them, we do not seem odd and ask stupid questions about a pen or a notebook." I answer swiftly.

At Beauxbatons, we not only take a muggle study class but we get to go to the muggle world with muggles that know about us. I'm not a fan of muggles, I find them rather annoying, but it is fascinating what all they have. Last year we went to the muggle world for 2 weeks. We stayed in a hotel, went to fancy restaurants and went shopping. The one rule for the trip was no magic so we didn't get caught and knew what it would be like in the muggle world.

He looks at me confused," What's a pen?"

"Are you serious?" I look at him dumbfounded since I've known that since my first year at Beauxbatons.

He looks at me completely confused.  He's not joking, wow Hogwarts must be behind.  "A pen is a writing utensil similar to a quill but it is made of a different material that holds the ink on the inside, allowing you to just write."

"Wow. How do you know that? Unless you've just suddenly taken a liking to muggles in the past 2 years." He looks at me serious but I can tell he's wondering if I actually like muggles.

"I tolerate them but don't like them for say. At Beauxbatons, we went on a trip and stayed in a muggle city for 2 weeks and couldn't use magic." I reply calmly to him.

"No magic?? How?" He questions.

"It was hard at first but muggles have hundreds of machines to make different foods, although you do everything my hand, which takes longer, rather than a flick of a wand. How did you not know what a pen is?" I ask him, wondering how he had no clue what it is.

"I've heard the word pen before but I don't understand anything the muggles have. It's all so confusing, that's the one class I always fail." He responds, looking down ashamed that he failed a class.

"Hey," I say, turning to him and lifting his chin up to look me in the eyes," we all struggle at something don't feel bad. I can help you."

He suddenly looked shocked, but why.

"You would help me?" He asked completely shocked and scared of my answer.

"Of course I would." I say.

"But why would you help me? No one ever helps me." He says, yet again looking down.

I move my hands so they are cupping his cheeks and moving his head to look at me,"Why wouldn't I Draco? First of all, it's something I'm good at and know a lot about. Second, your my boyfriend, remember?"
