Princess?

Chapter 2

I was woken up by my mother telling me to get ready to go to the stations so I don't miss the train and make them late for work.

After a minute, I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom.

I started brushing my teeth and walked over and turned the water in the shower on to warm up.  Once I was done brushing my teeth the last bathroom had been filled with steam so I got into the shower.

I took a fairly quick shower and got out. I went over to my vanity and blow dried my hair.

I quickly slipped on a pair of jeans, t shirt and a hoodie so I'd be comfortable on the train. After I was done getting dressed, I grabbed my trunk and ran downstairs.

My mother and father smiled when then saw he heading there way as they were waiting for me by the door.

"Do you have everything you'll need?" My father asks.

"Yep." I say cheerily.

My father grabbed mine and my mothers hand, apparating to the station.

Once we got there, my mother and father hug me goodbye and head off to work, leaving me by myself, one of the first to be here.

I go straight to the compartment me and Draco used to always sit in. I wonder if he still does. I guess I'll find out.

Everyone else starts to arrive and I'm looking out my window for any familiar faces. My compartment is still empty but what I hadn't noticed is that the door was pulled open and someone was there.

"Princess?"

I turn around and see him. Draco Malfoy. Much taller and definitely more handsome.

I brightly smile at him and say," That's me." I get up and jump into his arms, wrapping around him, he automatically hugs me back. After a minute we pull back and he looks at me still confused.

"What are you doing here?" He asked

"My parents let me come back to finish my schooling, I was getting to far ahead at Beauxbatons."

He snickers," You were always a genius. I'm so glad your back."

"Me too."

*time skip to the sorting ceremony*

As im about to enter the great hall with Draco, someone stops me and I turn around.

Professor Dumbledore.

"Good evening Mrs. Applewood. We are delighted to have you back. I'll be asking you to stand out here until I announce your return, definitely will shock some of your fellow Slytherins."

I nod at him telling him I understand and bid Draco a good bye until I get called in.

Before the first years are called in I hear Dumbledore say we have a returning student. Then I hear, " Kenzie Applewood."

The doors open and I walk in and make my way toward Draco at the Slytherin table seeing all of our friends sitting with him. Theo, Blaise, Pansy; Crabbe and Goyle are all there.

Pansy jumps up and runs to me, pulling me into a bear hug. Me and pansy were roommates and got extremely close before I got my own room, but still not as close as Draco and I. I missed having her to talk to.

After she lets go and we go back to the table the rest stand up and hug me then we all sit back down as everyone looks at Draco in confusion because he just smiled at the reunion.

Blaise speaks up," So you knew she was here and didn't tell us?"

Draco chuckles then answers," I didn't know she was back until on the train, and I still don't know why."

"Hey don't blame me!" I tell them," I just found out myself yesterday and just saw no need to write to you all if it was only one day until you found out anyhow."

"Understandable." Theo says.

*time skip*

After the feast we all head back to the common room and we are all way to tired to stay up so we decide we'll go to bed. I have a room to myself, perks of having rich parents I guess

Before I go up the stairs, someone grabs my wrist and turns me around.

I look behind me and see Draco standing there. He pulls me into a hug and says," I missed you so much Princess."

"I missed you too Draco."

" I'll see you in the morning, goodnight Princess." He says, kissing me on the forehead then releasing me from the hug.

I immediately blushed when he kissed my forehead but i don't know why. I've never felt this way before, like my stomach did flips when he kissed my forehead. Luckily he it was dark in the common room so he couldn't see.

"Goodnight Draco" I say before turning around and going up the stairs.What is happening???

I start unpacking my things into my closet and organizing it all.

I don't even know how late it is but I can't keep my eyes open anymore and went to bed.
